Horrible experience during Thanksgiving brunch with one of the waiters. Security person was very nice and one of the lady servers. It's touch and go at Ten Palms. I complained to the manager at the end but not sure it will go anywhere. Great ambiance but horrible waiter!

We had to flag down the waiter for anything we needed. It was like we are doing the buffet, so we need no attention, and he is going to get a 20% tip no matter what. The two men taking our bets at the window, acted like we were doing them a favor, no Hello, may I help you. Linda the cashier was wonderful and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, and as we were leaving he thanked us. I don't think there was enough help.

Ten Palms Restaurant never disappoint! Listened, just walking in, you feel the vibrant energy starting with the friendly greeting, sets the bar! My friends and I love meeting up at Ten Palms Restaurant!!! This time it was a Day of celebration. Our waitress Ms Rita, was súper friendly and so were all the entire staff at the Buffett counter, can't say enough about the food. It was plentiful and delicious. I can't wait to get back to Ten Palms Restaurant🩷🎉🩷

Saturday all you can eat buffet was excellent. Food was good quality and the service was superb. Really enjoyed my day, and having that quality food whilst watching the racing makes for a great day of entertainment.

Ten Palms is the perfect place to spend the day and watch the races at Gulfsstream Park. The buffet was good, the service was great and I feel the value was exceptional! Can't wait to go back.

We’ve been a few times and never a bad experience but the weekend of the 4th was a memorable one. Not a good one, truthfully. There was an older, black gentleman that was our server and he sucked to say the least. Not present at all. I knew I wasn’t over reacting when I heard the table behind us said he was basically nonexistent as well. There were 5 of us that decided to do the buffet but because we’re serving ourselves doesn’t mean I can make my own drinks too. There was a 20% gratuity totaled at $80 tagged on that was not mentioned nor deserved. The experience did not deter us from returning but we will definitely not want that server again.
