Very nice place to do something different from the routine, I don't see the amount to pay for the buffet, it has very little variety of proteins and salads, however the food they have is very delicious.

My experience on a very busy Preakness Day- May 20th, 2023 was fabulous! After reading some negative reviews I asked Charles one of the Managers if I could look at the Buffet before being seated. He was so gracious and said yes! Wow! The Buffet was amazing! Very neat, clean, choices for every palette! Everything looked fresh and there was enough to feed an Army! it was busy but the lovely hostess offered me a choice of tables. I chose a table close to the buffet.. I had my service dog with me and didn't want to leave the table for too long. I was quickly greeted by the most amazing server, Rita! A warm welcome, professional and friendly service made our experience 5 Star! A cold white wine was 1st to be served... The carving station had Prime Rib, Turkey and ham.. fresh made to order pasta station, jumbo shrimp cocktail, cheese boards, charcuterie trays, fresh fruit, salads galore, rice, ziti with sausage, meatballs, salmon, veggies, calamari, and so much more! Not to mention the Dessert station! I started with shrimp cocktail, brie cheese, prosciutto, salami, walnuts, calamari and popcorn shrimp. The shrimp were firm crisp and cold and absolutely delicious with their special cocktail sauce. A perfect way to start my afternoon of grazing! Yes, you can dine for hours... while watching the races and simulcasts, placing bets! Next was my favorite Prime Rib! I asked for 2 pieces and rare please! I added some au jus.. the prime rib was rare and delicious! Cut like butter.. piping hot! I also had the ziti with sausages, also delicious and piping hot. Now to the huge dessert station! I chose 3 mini desserts. The chocolate cake, coconut macaroon, and almond cake. The mini chocolate cake was easily the best I've ever had! Moist and creamy and delicious! The almond cake was also delicious as was the coconut macaroon. I truly believe this buffet was a great value! An all you care to eat for hours with great service and delicious food! I highly recommend and can't wait to retur
My name is Valina. This is my third time at Ten Palms Restaurant. From the time you arrived at the restaurant the staff makes you feel welcome, you're seated right away. We were greeted by our fave waitress at table #334. She remembered to bring us a bowl of sugar, lol!!!
My daughter and I enjoyed all of the selections. Everything was delicious.

My name is Valina, I made a last minute reservation to Ten Palms Restaurant at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino in Hallandale Fl on Sunday. It was for a party of six and we were greeted right away by the friendliest staff members at the entrance of the restaurant. This alone set the tone for our group and it made it a memorable Sunday for us all. The restaurant was bright, clean and welcoming. They seated us right away. The Ten Palms Restaurant brunch buffet was a feast for the eyes! We didn't know where to begin! The brunch buffet was manned by friendly servers behind the counter and well as our super friendly waitress at our table #334. This young lady is special. She encouraged the senior members in our group (visiting parents from NY with canes) to take a walk with her to the buffet so that they could see for themselves what they wanted to eat and assisted them with their meal choices. They came back to the table very impressed from beginning to the end. That alone warmed my heart! Everyone enjoyed. I recommend Ten Palms Restaurant to everyone who wants to experience delicious food and a friendly environment!!!
Great food service was excellent. Had a real good time even have some winners I would recommend it to my friends. The view on the track was excellent. Very friendly people I go there often will continue going to Gulfstream Park a first class race track even The tellers are friendly
Buffet food should I have expected more? I guess not, however was really disappointed in the quality of the food. Ended up eating mostly fresh and dried fruit. Meats with the exception of the charcuterie were overcooked, old and tasteless. Service was good and next time I will try the menu items rather than the buffet.
Really a great way to watch the races and food is not an afterthought. Excellent service, very attentive and welcoming, Great preparation and presentations for not excessively priced food like you'll typically find in the area. Fish sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, desserts all really enjoyable. Only misfire was mushy conch fritters. Will he back for sure.

I was at Ten Palms for the Sunday brunch. Excellent choice of foods from shrimp cocktail to prime rib and turkey to salad and an omelette bar. Even if you are not a horse player, great value and lots of fun
The chef was out front, courteous, professional and answering questions from customers. He is a great ambassador for Gulfstream. The entrees were very good and the selection moderate in size. Seating and waiting staff were excellent, however much of the kitchen staff wasn't comfortable speaking English and either couldn't answer questions or looked at customers as if they had three heads.
Did not realize that I HAD to do the buffet for father's day. $75 per person and I'm sorry it was not worth it. Yes, you have a variety, but anything was suppose to be hot was cold. From the Wings to the roast beef.
The Father's Day brunch was pretty expensive (which we knew before making the reservation) but for the price the food was awful. It was very poorly made, either overcooked or undercooked. Zero flavor. Not a lot of “brunch/breakfast” options. We paid 250$ for two people and picked at a few eggs and had maybe two pieces of bacon. Probably won't be back, since you can bet on the horses and have drinks without going into ten palms. The drinks were good, the servers were sweet! The races were soo much fun!
Enjoyed Mother's Day Brunch. The buffet choices were amazing, as well as the, service and atmosphere. The view of the Horse track was great.
