Our male server was horrible. He was not attentive at all. I don't know if it was because we had the buffet. He never came back to ask if we needed anything. Anytime we wanted to order a drink we had to ask the busgirl to find him for us. I brought this to his attention. We did not see him for the last hour and a half until we asked for a bill. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. Automatic 20% gratuity is crazy for bad service from him. Table 332.
The food was amazing! The ambiance was wonderful, and service was impeccable!! Our server Jeff was very attentive and has the perfect temperament for the job!
Everything was perfect about this brunch. The food was delicious. Service was impeccable. Will be coming back when we are in town.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try them out.
It was my first time at the horse races and it was such a good time. At Ten Palms you can have a drink,
bet on the horses and have great food. The charcuterie board was so good and Ahí poke bowl was to die for.. The ahi melted in your mouth. Yum. A personal thank you goes out to Antonio who was so attentive and kind. A special thank you to Steve for his patience and understanding for someone who didn't know anything about placing a bet. Thank you so very much.
Came here for Saturday lunch buffet. The buffet had no flavor, overcooked, not fresh tasting. Bar drinks are pre mixed, too sweet and they seem to be trying too hard. The place is empty and the vibe feels like a cafeteria. The bar needs work. Unless your getting a beer, they need to keep it simple and get fresh ingredients to make cocktails. Would avoid this place to eat, especially for the money.
The food was great, service excellent and the ambiance was very nice, also betting was fun.
You cant beat the value of the weekend buffet. They ruin it with all of the additional add on charges. As long as that doesn't bother you, it is a nice deal and I go often.

10. Palms is an excellent experience. The food is excellent. All the people are so friendly they cater to your every need. The Horse Racing is first rate the new addition I noticed that the announcer for Gulfstream Park I would say he's one of the best in the country and I visualize Santanita Churchill Downs aqueduct I heard them all this guy will be rated as one of the best as a fan. I do appreciate that. Thank you for everything this Sunday. My son and daughter really appreciate it. We had a great time
I had booked brunch for 6 people for the Preakness day. Making the online booking I requested a table by the window for race viewing, as my grandmother (who is 90, traveled from the UK to visit her great grandson and has never seen a live race before) has limited mobility and is not able to walk around alot. When I called to enquire about my booking and request I was first answered by a gentleman with a stern 'HELLO?' . It made me second guess I was calling the correct place. I then proceeded to ask him about my request and, in a slightly rude reply, told me they have over 300 people booked in and they cannot guarantee a table by the window, which I completely understand that that is your policy, and I have no issues with that at all.
He proceeded to tell me I needed to put in a request, to which I told him (again) i did online ,and then he answered again, more rudely than the first time, 'We cannot gurantee your request'. I have no issue at all with requests not being guaranteed, but I did not appreciate they way I was spoken to. I had booked this weekend as my Grandmother is a huge horse racing fan and as a surprise we wanted to take her as its her last week with us.
Unfortunately, as we are not guaranteed our request, we had to cancel as we wouldnt want to risk having a table with no viewing and then have her not able to walk around and walk down to the tracks with ease. I understand the policy with requests not guaranteed, and respect that, but I did not respect the gentleman on the phone. I would have expected a bit more decorum from a place like this.
It was an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding, my complaints would be that the Mother's Day buffet food was cold. I also wished we knew that there was a 20% service fee on top of the cost that had been advertised. It was advertised that taxes and fees were already included. Not true.
I had the Broccoli from the buffet today(5/10/2025) and it tasted horrible. I know it’s my opinion but I handed a piece to my vegetarian diet eating girlfriend and she couldn’t eat it. I just felt someone should know that the chef needs to taste what is being made.
