Expected that by reserving online on Open Table in advance I would get a preferred table/location. Not the case. Told by Host that large groups had reserved and so I was seated far north of the bar and not on the glass. Once we argued the placement finally got table on glass but still far north of where I wanted to be. Stayed through the 8th race and saw that many tables further south along the glass were never filled. What good is open table.

I rated everything in the middle as I did not go to the restaurant. I found the Gulfstream Park website very unclear as to racing on Wednesday in January but when the restaurant accepted my reservation I figured there must be racing. There was not and fortunately I figured this out in the morning and was able to cancel. I do anticipate going in the future and writing a legitimate review

If you like horse racing, you can't beat watching it from the ten palms clubhouse. The buffet was great and the service was excellent.

Overall the food was acceptable for a buffet. The biggest problem and why we have no plans to return is the room was FREEZING!!! We asked multiple people to turn up the heat and all said we have no control. Useless. I actually had to go buy a hat it was so cold.

Overall not a bad experience. We wished that there was a bit more variety on menu, but it's pretty good. The minimum is a little tough to hit. Maybe a few more appetizers would help. So there is more variety. The service we had with Inda ( not sure on spelling here) was outstanding.

Happy new year everyone, had a great time celebrating new years. However there was a male bartender only man at the bar, his service was terrible, the worst, he didn't care for taking care of the customer, don't know his name, the only male bartender, terrible terrible, everything else was very good. My wife and I attended the races at Gulfstream Park last weekend and reserved a table at Ten Palms. It was a very nice experience (and that was refreshing considering last year we did Del Mar which in my opinion was far inferior to watching the races at Gulfstream Park). Our server was very attentive to us and the brunch had a nice variety of food. Ten Palms is a great way to watch the races as you get a great view from your table.

The only thing that was unfortunate was the fact that they charge a 20% service charge to any patrons ordering food. Our server actually would have gotten a slightly larger tip as I usually give 20% on the total bill including the tax. The reason I say it is unfortunate is because management is doing a disservice to their workers. The new tax law giving servers the benefit of no income tax on tips up to $25,000 does not include service fees. In other words, if they just let me tip the usual way, they wouldn't pay any taxes but instead have to pay them on this mandatory fee. I hope someone in management reads this and makes a change for next year. It's really not fair to their staff.

Not worth the price. Someone should show the cooks how to make buffet style food edible. It looked worse and tasted like it looked . Regular drinks and coffee not included in the price. That's nickeling and diming you. The service was great.

Had a 3:30 reservation for Thanksgiving dinner with NY family of 6. At 3.15 I received a call from the restaurant telling me they are closing at 4 now and I only had 30 minutes to eat and then security would have to ask us to leave.. My daughter drove 45 minutes to eat dinner with us and we couldn't even eat.. I walked around and saw hardly any food left and they cleaning staff already cleaning up all the garbage.. I will never go back to this unprofessional establishment..
I am sure it will be closed down soon like the rest of Gulfstream. Terrible Management and a poor excuse for a fine restaurant.. Do not eat here ..

Horrible experience during Thanksgiving brunch with one of the waiters. Security person was very nice and one of the lady servers. It's touch and go at Ten Palms. I complained to the manager at the end but not sure it will go anywhere. Great ambiance but horrible waiter!

Le brunch du dimanche était vraiment excellent et c'est un endroit vraiment agréable pour passer du temps entre amis et famille.

Went there on a Friday. The website indicates and hostess told us there is a $45 hour minimum per person on Fridays. They do not tell you that there is a 20% service charge added to the bill. This is neither on the website, nor mentioned by the hostess or the server, but instead is listed on the bill at the very bottom in small print. Our server was pleasant and incredibly slow. He struggled at times and was helped by his co-workers. Appetizers were good, main courses were mediocre. I did like the key lime pie. They had local craft beers on tap which I thought was nice. Go there for the view of the race track. If you go for the food and service you will be greatly disappointed.

Service and food were very good however the app said $55 per person and we were charged $75 per person. I coordinated for a large group and felt misled.

We had to flag down the waiter for anything we needed. It was like we are doing the buffet, so we need no attention, and he is going to get a 20% tip no matter what. The two men taking our bets at the window, acted like we were doing them a favor, no Hello, may I help you. Linda the cashier was wonderful and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, and as we were leaving he thanked us. I don't think there was enough help.
