We have always come here for Birthday's and Anniversary's. They use to sends us coupon for free deserts, not anymore. Food quality has gone down. They needed manager to come over even for use of our gift cards . Management has definitely changed. A little sad, we have been coming here for 7 years. We will give it one last try.

I am vegetarian - I only had the enormous salad bar. In my opinion it was well worth the price. The others in my party had all the meats and they absolutely enjoyed that! They said the meat was tender and juicy. Lots of different cuts and styles were offered. The service - was less than stellar. Honestly our server came over one time...she gave the 4 of us waters and we never saw her again. We had a male (manager) from the way he was dressed come over and refilled our water glasses. This was shortly after 5pm and they were not busy...so I'm not sure where or why she never stopped over!? We had to find her so that we could pay our bill...like lots of others said....Come and try it but don't plan on GREAT SERVICE....you'll leave disappointed if so.

Our experience has been mediocre! We ordered a special bottle of wine but they were not prepared for that. They bring the wine 30 min later and the restaurant was almost empty...(beside a table with a kid (which of course, was seated next to us!!!). Food was good! Nothing to say. They just need to be trained accordingly!

Ordered takeout and was very disappointed in the meats. Ordered 2 different meats And both were so fatty with barely any meat. The food had no taste whatsoever. I would expect better from a steakhouse. When I called in to order the person could not speak proper English and could not understand what I was saying, I had to repeat myself numerous times.

Always a fantastic time at this location. The meats are always perfectly seasoned. I was able to try their shrimp for the first time and it was better than I hoped.

Meat was cooked to the perfect donness. Somtimes the meat was cold when served as the meat goes around the dining room serveral times. Salad bar was good as usual. $20 corkage fee seems excessive to me.

We came back! It was amazing! The beef ribs are out of the world! But the best thing about this place was paula(Colombian) waitress she was very attentive and patience! And the price was perfect for the quality of food!

Visited this place many times over the years and quality is just going down...down...down.... Selection is cut down...meat quality is down. It's just not worth it anymore.

We had high expectations and this restaurant delivered. From the ambiance to the food, everything was on point. The chef clearly knows how to balance flavors – nothing felt too heavy or underseasoned. The desserts were surprisingly creative and absolutely delicious. The service was professional and friendly. Overall, a perfect night out with excellent food and a lovely setting.

Had the worst experience last night....
We have been to every location, and this one was my favorite.
We were celebrating my son's 16th birthday...
This is a special occasion spot only because it is expensive.
Given how quiet it was, I expected top-tier service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Our server was barely around the entire evening. We waited so long for our bill, my kids left and waited for us outside.
To make things worse, the water they brought out was visibly dirty. We weren't sure if it was the water or the glass, but when we shined a light into the cup, it was honestly disgusting. 🤢

Food was good though!!!
