Don't ever place your order via DoorDash to this particular spot. The people at this store would give you some lame excuse of your order not being prepared and they ran out of chicken. There's a reason why this place has terrible reviews. Avoid this ghetto neighborhood and the horrendous service. 01/26/2022 One of the servers I happened to meet today, told me one of the girls who work there decided to take my food home because we showed up late. Is this the type of employees you'll have hired, are they homeless or they just got off the streets? Who in the world gives them the right to take a customer's food home and then you'll argue with my wife claiming you'll ran out of chicken. I hope all the employees who are hand in glove are fired ASAP. If not, I'm going to ask a lot of my friends to drop negative reviews for this location.

We ordered food through the wing stop app the food was never delivered. After calling the manager (Ashante) at the Hallandale location she put us on hold for 20 minutes then said door dash left the order at the wrong address. We called DoorDash they said call wing stop. We called WS back and she was very rude and said I'm not refunding your order and hung the phone up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. This girl should be immediately fired she is not of manager quality and should not be working in a company of this magnitude. Shame on Wing Stop I will never order from them again!!!

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the time instructed for pickup I paid and was given 2 drink cups. After waiting another 10 mins I asked them to check on my order when the girl at the front realized it was done and I had been sitting there for a while. I checked on the food and first thing I realized were the fries were cold and already had oil soaked in them. I told them I would take the food if they can just exchange my fries with fresh fries because I told the cashier I would wait. The lady from the back then comes. Takes my fries and then brings them to the back. After realizing she made the other orders and diddnt have extra fries she looks me in the eyes and dumps the same basket of fries back in the oil for 8 seconds and then acts like she is seasoning a fresh batch of fries. I tell her that I just saw them do that and instead of just swapping them out with new fries she says "we don't do that at this wingstop" she also said the GEneral Manager of that location named George also instructed them to redrop the fries in used oil when someone complains..... I was speechless and that employees name is Ashanti.

So they had me hire my Chico bestfriend train her and everything just to give her my hours. Than they removed me off the schedule because I told them it was a slap to my face. Christin and Jorge are racist animal after everything I’ve done to keel yo customers happy because your cooks can’t cook is wrong on sooo many level.. if your not young or Mexican DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The service here honestly sucks. I've frequented this location multiple times hoping it will improve but it does not. The staff is lackluster, they seem like they don't want to be there. The online orders are never ever ready nor on time. This will be the last time I will visit this location. There needs to be improvement. I'd rather go to a different location even if it's out of the way.

I am extremely EXCITED to write a review about this place !! Due to COVID I have experience multiply (too many) bad customer service experiences where it was me sinking in or ordering to go. I was introduced to Wingstop about a week ago and I literally ordered to go for 4 days straight ! I'm not so big on blue cheese but I loveeeee their blue cheese ! The manager, Ashante, actually took my order one time and she was super sweet ! I have not yet experienced one single bad experience and I don't think I will because here I am again second day in a row eating their wings. My personal favorite is the Korean BBQ - it might not seem spicy but it'll catch on to you ! And I like the garlic parmesan as well. I've been ordering 10 Korean bbq & 10 garlic Parmesan, fries, a large blue cheese and a honey mustard ! Which comes out to about 30$. It lasts my boyfriend and I ALL DAY! I definitely recommend this spot. They have great customer service and DELICIOUS wings ! You honestly can't go wrong eating here !

I'm writing this review before receiving my food. I ordered my food in person at 12:45pm and it's not 1:45pm and I have not received my food. Horrible service. Only come here if you have ALOT OF TIME AND PATIENCE
had a business meeting in Hallandale and decided to stop here for lunch. They have a special wings, either boneless or regular with a choice of 2 sauces, fries and a drink. Wings are just ok, fries, huge portion were soggy not crispy. One and out, not returning.

Great customer service. I placed my order online. The only inconvenience was that I couldn't pay online so I had to pay inside the store. However when I arrived my food was ready and well packed. The chicken wings tasted great and the carrots were fresh. For the extra I received a generous portion of carrots. The store was clean upon my visit and there was plenty of parking inside the plaza. I will revisit in the near future

Best wings in town hands down. No one does it like Wing Stop. I'm so glad there are more popping up in South Florida. Flavors are wonderful. Though, I wish they had honey mustard tossed wings: my favorite go-to for wings.

This spot takes forever with your food. I ordered a 6 piece and it took 45 minutes to receive my order. When I checked in to see what was going with my order I was told that because I asked for it well done it would take longer. But they said it would take only an extra ten. It was ridiculous!
