Who would have thought I'd be reviewing a fast food chain? But honestly, it is a reoccurring problem with the night staff at this Wendy's. With Claudia to be precise.

She is very dismissive, not hospitable and just straight up rude. This particular night, she asked for my husband's payment without even telling him the price. As my husband asked her the price, she rudely handed him the receipt AFTER she already swiped his card. Didn't say a word. Just passively aggressively handed him the receipt.

Our previous encounter with her, my husband asked her to repeat the order and she dismissed his request stating she got everything. Surprise surprise a whole sandwich was missing. Seeing as the restaurant lobby was closed, it left my husband knocking on the window until she came to it. She had the staff make the other sandwich but no apology. She made it seem like we were inconveniencing her. The rest of the food got cold waiting for the other sandwich.

With me being pregnant and having my cravings, my husband is reluctant to go to that location because of the less than pleasant encounters we've had. We both had jobs at restaurants before and understand that hospitality is key to good business

I understand everyone has off days, but every single time? Nah ma'am.

All stuff absolutely deliberately completely ignored paying customers! Owner needs to have a mystery shopping to find out whom you hired! Your business will run out soon guaranteed! I was going to spend a decent amount of money on a fast food joint but I would never come back due to these staff! Went to Danny's right next door, much better service!!!

They took 12 minutes to get my order and prepare it through the drive through... I believe you can do better, that's why 4 stars, not 3. Also you forgot to give me a straw.

Absolutely horrible my husband ordered 2 chicken Cesar wraps and one had nothing but slimey way past old lettuce...yall could have went and got the next batch of lettice that was awful it's bad enough it's overpriced but now over priced and not edible [I wish I could upload photos ]

Was at here at 7:30. Signs say dining room open at 6:30am. Both doors locked and employees ignoring knocks.

I like Wendy's, foods good but it's a fast food place so I mean can't really give it 100% all the time. However I will say that I parked in the handicap spot but had to walk around the building to get in they didn't have the doors open where the handicap spot was.

It's gotten really bad now. Homeless are sleeping in the dine in area all sprawled out on the couch. The workers barely speak any English and are messing every order up when it comes to pay. Even for non Spanish speaking customers they are speaking Spanish and the customers don't understand and makes it even more confusing. Honestly it's kinda scary coming in on this visit. There is also people coming in that are not even ordering food just to fill up their cups and thermos, meanwhile the soda machine is low because of this.

Just move to this city I don't understand why this Wendy's close at 2 am, but all other Wendy's close at 3 am, the food was fresh and hot the customer service can be better, the atmosphere is good your close to I-95 and it's a lot of gas station and store's around, it's close to my job too fix the time this store is a gem 💎.
