Wingstop

These were the oldest most dryest wings I've ever seen in my life. They smelt like soap or like expired chicken. I waited 1 hour for this to get delivered and I threw it right in the trash. This is a disgrace to serve this food to anyone , you're going to get some one sick. It's like the had 10 wings in the fryer basket for 5 hours and were fried 5 times or they picked all the left overs and threw them in a box. I was a big Wingstop guy but this is disgusting. Zero seasoning, dry as hell, no meat, smelt disgusting and for sure were very old and should have been thrown out.

Extremely disappointing. They gave my order to the wrong driver and even confirmed it on the app by mistake. When I called to try to fix the issue, they couldn’t cancel the order, replace it, or provide any real help. Not even the manager, Sergio, made an effort to review what happened or offer a solution. His exact response was: “I can’t give out food for free.” As a regular customer, this was very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their service in the future, but for now I will look for other options and mark this location as non-stop.

The wait time was 30 min plus. Also I noticed that melanated woman wait time to be greeted may I help you is totally different from the others Also cashier makes no effort to find out what is happening with your order. Answering the phone and taking walkin orders with nothing but attitude.

O ordered the special the mela for two people and it supposed to come with a large fry but it barely even filled up like it looks like a small. The wings are hard and dry, and the sauce is watery. I wasted $26 on the deal and it was all horrible the food was.

Today I got my food but no Cajun style fries just a cold simple fries the sauce for my wings was nasty than I tried to call the store and the phone number is not working ridiculous

If you’re craving that authentic “Wingstop” flavor, this place will not give you that. Gone are the usual characters we’re all used to seeing working behind the counter, and the new vibe is more “south of the border” style. And while I will admit, the service is much better and the food came out much faster, the flavor that I craved was sadly missing. I will drive to nearest wing stop to get the flavor there. Don’t get me wrong, the new franchisee is a nice Latin family, but they just can’t fry the wings and flavor them the way the old staff used to. It’s just flavorless. Take a look at the garlic Parm and lemon pepper wings in my pics. There is no flavor. Fries are not the ones you used to get either.

The gentleman working the register was extremely polite. He was able to manage taking orders over the phone while simultaneously taking care of me in a timely and communicative manner. Jaheim is 10/10.
