most unprofessional and rude location of Wingstop to exist! I had been working all day and my hands had grease and grime on them. I walked towards the bathroom upon entering and the short lady behind the counter SCREAMED AT ME - that I cannot use either restroom….. ??There was no sign about being out of order but this short woman refused to let me use them. She offered me a little wipe which won’t do anything to clean my hands before putting them in my mouth. I immediately left…Do not waste your time going here - go to Krazy Vegan in the same plaza or Pollo Tropical around the corner for way better service & better food…

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this place. The wait time for just two sandwiches was an outrageous 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I will not be returning and will be sure to warn others about the inefficiency of this place.

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, my friend and I called and ordered a 20 piece wings after we had left the Sheridan Wingstop location where we cancelled our order and got reimbursed due to a horrible experience. Upon entering the Hallandale location, it was clean and the dining area was cool and comfortable. We went to the counter to pay and get our order but when the employee, Nathaniel gave me the price, I said that can’t be right. So Nat immediately said, here take back your money and let me double check the order and price. Then he GAVE us 2 cups for drinks (drinks were not a part of our order). Now I must say one of the reasons we left the Sheridan location is because they refused to give us 1 cup for ice as they said every cup must be accounted for. Once Nat confirmed our order price, we paid. Our food was hot and exactly how we like it, extra crispy and extra lemon pepper seasoning. For me, customer service is “everything.” It was an amazing experience to leave one Wingstop and walk into the Hallandale location and be taken care of. Thank you Nat. We will travel an extra 12 mins to this location because you, Nat, went the extra mile to ensure we had a great dining experience.

Ordered boneless wings with ranch dressing and the dressing had mold in it. DISGUSTING. Everything has an expiration date. Also use first in, first out and this would not happened. Thank God I caught it before my nephew dipped his chicken in it. UPDATE ITS NOW 2024 AND WINGSTOP STILL SUCKS. ORDERED BONELESS WINGS AND THE CHICKEN WAS RAW AND OLD. DISGUSTING. AT THIS CLOSE DOWN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT. Picture attached.

This location is too busy to be accepting Uber eats/doordash orders!!!!! If they see they have a 45 minute wait time TURN OFF ALL UBEREATS AND DOORDASH REQUESTS. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 15+ MINUTES FOR AN ORDER. IT SHOULD BE READY NO LONGER THAN A 5-10 MINUTE WAIT. IF YOU CANNOT DO IT.. TURN IT OFF!!!! WE DONT GET PAID ENOUGH TO WAIT ?
