“We stopped in this morning for a bite and were very pleased. The inside of the Old Ice Cream Station was totally redone and is now very clean and cozy. They kept the old Ice Cream Station logo on the front window, which was a nice touch for those of us who remember the place. Great atmosphere. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. “Wanted to give this gem a shout out! I know it’s been around forever but we’ve lived here 10 years and have only just tried it. We just keep driving by it and not stopping. Best Mexican food I’ve had in ages. Hot, fresh chips, tasty salsa. Beef taquitos appetizer was humongous! Crispy and with lots of beef! Chicken enchiladas had the most scrumptious cheese and cream sauce. Meat was tender and flavorful. Generous sized portion of refried beans. We have leftovers though it was hard to stop! Sorry I waited this long. We will be back.”
