“The food is always good, but not ready at the scheduled time. I get an email with a 'ready by' time of 15-20 minutes after the order is placed. When I get to the store to pick it up at the scheduled time, it's another 15-30 minute wait. There are usually several other customers waiting on orders, too.“

“The woman who took our order was efficient, kind, and helped us select from several options. This fried chicken took a while (not fast food) because it was made fresh for us on the spot by a knowledgeable, skilled cook. It was hot, crispy, juicy, and worth the wait.“

“This my regular go-to Hungry Howies and I never had any big issues, they might have not cooked the cheese all the way through or been skippy with it but on average it's good. Now on Tuesday, 02/11/25 somebody was in there who either loves their job or cares about the food they put out. They did a wonderful job, I got a large cheese/sausage with extra cheese and I requested the cheese be well-melted and they came through for your girl. Shout out to them and I hope it's a consistent thing. Thank you to whoever made my pizza!“

“The GM Q., turned a bad situation from UBER eats into a perfect delivery. I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism. She is a wonderful individual and an excellent employee. If she isn’t treated fairly I will go out of my way to employ her at my place of employment.

“Havana is short on places to eat. But that most definitely is NOT what makes this best place to eat! The food is fire! The service is downhome southern hospitality! And you can’t beat their prices. I’m so thankful to have them on my daily commute.“
