Food is good , staff is overworked in a lunch rush. Ordered 12:11 , ready for pickup " 12:30 " , subs wasnt ready till 12:51. Seen my online order ticket on the food table and it sat....watched no less then 6 people come in and get a sub made and walk out while my ticket sat. Figured subs would be made in the order in which they were recieved but not the case. 19 people in line with 2 employees making subs from 12:30-12:51 thats almost a sub a minute , they needed help.

We ordered a cold cut with veggies. We got home the sandwich was wrapped upside down. No oil or vinegar & no salt & pepper. Plus there was only one piece of meat. We will not be going back!!

Absolutely horrible food. I ordered online and they put rotten lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. They were out of one of the meats that my subway series sandwich calls for and called me for a substitute. Then charged me extra for double meat and didn't even receive double meat. Shameful service.

PLEASE CHANGE OWNERS AND FULL GUT RENOVATE! Last night was our last visit to this shop. The employees act as if they don't know what they are doing or are supposed to be doing. One employee spoke so low that I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Then apparently that is a problem that we caused. None of the food looked fresh or even non-toxic. Lettuce was browning, pickles were a color they shouldn't be. the worst was the mozzarella...it was molded! They were out of so many things. Havana needs to address this. There are so few places to eat at already, this place is taking up prime real-estate that a restaurant that isn't trying to serve food poisoning could be! Please, gut and start over. This place has been given too many chances only to keep declining. These locals, friends and family will never be back.

I am a disabled veteran and also a senior citizen when I go in there with a coupon I expect them to honor it then you find out with a nasty attitude you can't read the sign on the door it says we don't accept coupons now if you want Subway and you represent the name you should honor all coupons no matter what that's not the customers problem that's Subway's problem not taking care of the customer I definitely don't recommend this particular store or the people that work in their very nasty

Pretty run of the mill subway. They had quite a bit of staff and a long line. Same fresh bread smell you'd expect from any location. They had the iconic cookies. Airport casual.

My Dad and I went to have lunch there today. When we ordered our sandwiches the employees were asking us what was on the sandwiches. It was like they had not made the sandwiches before and were confused about what to put on them. We were patient with them and helped them figure it out. When we sat down to eat and unwrapped the mess they called a sandwich it was gross and inedible. My Dad returned his sandwich for a refund which they honored. So he did not get anything to eat. The employee were not experienced enough to make a descent meal. The reason I am doing this review is to inform people that if you want an overpriced unedible meal then go to this Subway. Be expecting to have less than average sandwich that is sopping with condiments and made backwards

Stopped in here the other day to get a sub, and as I was waiting for my turn when I noticed two roaches crawling on the glass area where the food and vegetables are kept. I pointed it out to one of lady’s that was working and she seemed like it was no big deal! Yikes!!!I passed on getting a sub here and will not be back.I think the new owners and (obviously) the employees don’t care about sanitation or health concerns.Eat at your own risk….

Order two philly:s had to tell them to put the right amount of cheese on the sandwich, they did not heat the peppers and onions. Last week I ordered a spicy Italian the girl started to argue that they don't make spicy Italians then asked if I wanted roast beef and chicken on my sandwich apparently she has no idea what she is doing . With the prices coming in at ten or more dollars for a six dollar sandwich you should at least get what you want.all good things come to an end !!!!! Bye bye subway!!!!!

Most every trip is spot on but there have been a few fails. I'm sure it's the turnover rate and most likely new hires just learning. Completely understandable. I will always return because I support my local Havana businesses.

Nikeria gives outstanding customer service, it’s becoming rarer to find an employee who says she’s the best salad maker?and she is right..she smiled asked me my name and says “ask for me when you come in”:) this is great service, and the other employee was friendly as well!
