My husband wanted Pizza for his Birthday the other day so we ordered online. Got there and picked dinner up went home. As I was getting everyone their dinner I got a phone call from the manager telling me he wanted to give my husband a birthday gift credit and we didn't receive any discounts and he wanted to make that up to us. Super Awesome with the busy week we've been having getting the community Christmas Display ready. Thank you again.

I ordered an XL pizza right before 11pm when they quit taking orders. My other pizza, I attempted to order directly afterwards, but the website said it was too late. When i arrived at dominos, they allowed me to order my other pizza with the online coupon still and it was ten tilli tonight(closing). I can honestly say that is the 2nd Great experience I encountered at the Hawthorne,fl (new) location. Hope they continue to deliver customer satisfaction and I still that quality in their future coworkers/employees. My personal note to everyone is. To keeping mind "Energy is contagious" ?

I can rarely afford to order out but this one occasion I had enough to treat my kids and I. I ordered online. I specified in the instructions for pick up to park and have it placed in passenger side window. They came to drivers side. It was done on time and when online indicator said. The man who came out to my car was not rude or anything and I didn't have to wait long. That part was really nice. Me and my kids were a little disappointed in the food, however. I ordered a specialty pizza and oven baked sub. The sub was overcooked, bread hard and chewy and meat on edges over crispy. The pizza was a little overcooked as well. We will try again when I can afford it and hopefully have a better experience. If not, we will got to China House we have been eating take out from for years and food has always been excellent.

RJ and his staff were so cool. We came in and picked up our pizza, they rendered great customer service with a big smile and genuine can do attitude.
They make the pizzas really well here. I was traveling and went to a different Domino's--the Jacksonville pizza was made very meager.

The food was amazing! The pizza looked so perfect and tasted exactly how it looked! The cheesy bread was totally on point with cheese from end to end and wasn’t too much dough on each end. 100% better than the other dominos around! Go get you some!

I'd give it 0 if possible, bought food online waited 40 mins and the tracker never moved, so I went to check on my pizza and I was informed that my order hadn't even been started. Edit: You tried researching my order in the middle of the night? I ordered yesterday at 6 in Hawthorne and you as the owner responded to my review 7 the next morning and you don't open until 10, I don't believe you did any research on my order, the gentleman in charge was polite and refunded my money but that doesn't get back the hour of waiting and finding dinner elsewhere for my family.
