(Updated review) This time we got a pepperoni pizza and this is how it came. Disgusting and the service was the worst. Will never order here again. Roaches are one thing I can never over look, same with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are way better options out there in every way. *This was from the Citra location*

My partner and I have LOVED Off The Rails Pizza! And we are incredibly happy that the owner has been able to expand his delicious franchise!! However ever since he left the Hawthorne location the food there has not been the same. The pizza was mostly crust with not as much cheese and toppings as we had before. The flavor wasn’t the same, not as rich in flavor. And the garlic knots we bought didn’t even really have any garlic sauce on it. There were only 6 pieces covered in Italian seasoning and they were just as doughy as the pizza. The food was cold when we received it though I will say there was a train that slightly delayed our arrival which we take responsibility for but it did not seem long enough to warrant an actually cold box of pizza. We were so disappointed to see our “XL” pizza seem so lackluster compared to the AMAZING pizza we have had before! The owner is absolutely lovely and a talented cook!
