I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food and good service. We will be back.

The orders are always wrong, the hot food is cold & the cold food is either missing or room temp. Terrible service with signs everywhere that says check your order before you leave.

Surprised and pleased to find this healthy eatery while driving through central Florida. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Steak chimichurri wrap was delicious.

The Wrap Shack is a gem. The food, presentation, and service are excellent. Very refreshing to go to a restaurant that truly cares about the customer experience. Takeout, cool indoor, or pet-friendly, shady umbrella outdoor dining options are available. Thank you for all the above!

Wow what a beautiful place. Food was amazing and wow the service. Allie was so sweet and so funny. I’d definitely be back. Asking for allie for your server, you wont regret it!

I was driving with my daughter from Maryland to Tampa for college. We're always looking for delicious, healthy options and saw The Wrap Shack online. this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! My steak bowl with sriracha aioli was off the charts. all the good was delicious and came out quickly. Tammy greeted us at the front and was super sweet and welcoming. Definitely stop here! They're under new management so disregard any old negative reviews. The new owner are amazing and have made incredible improvements.

Let’s talk about the wrap shack! I ordered 5 wings and an order of mozerella sticks tonight. I picked it up at their little drive through window. My total was $17 and some change, I gave $20 and headed home. I get home an open my bag and there is 5 wings in there, no mozzarella sticks. I call up there and I’m told “oh we are out of mozzerella sticks”. No ever mentioned that to me on the phone or when i was there picking up my food. Then she tells me “oh we are having computer issues and we charged you for 10 wings, I’m just the cook, I don’t take the orders. “ . I will say they did offer to refund me or make me 5 more wings, but I have to drive there, I live 15 minutes away so I am inconvenienced because of their mistake with a 30 minute round trip drive. So here I am $20 spent and 5 wings to eat. I’m disabled and it’s not easy for me to get in and out of the house. This is actually the 2nd order in a row I’ve had an issue with. The first time I ordered 5 wings and I asked for blue cheese and I’m told they only come with ranch and I have to pay extra for blue cheese, I agree and then I get home and there is no blue cheese but i was charged for it. My wife ordered banging shrimp and they were just plain fried shrimp, they weren’t even tossed in the siracha aioli, if she wanted fried shrimp she would have ordered them. It’s just sad because in a small town like this all of these small businesses need support from the locals and unfortunately the wrap shack has lost my support forever. The wrap shack and their new owners need to pay attention to detail and communicate effectively with their customers!! I work in a retail industry and I am not one to go online and give small businesses bad reviews but I think this one needed it!

Love this place. Stopped by on our way up north. The two ladies working there were lovely. Tammy was very nice to our daughter and a great host.
Food was very tasty. Get your seafood blackened for sure.
Try the thai tea if you have a chance.
Our daughter loved the play structure.

Will stop by again for sure.

Great little stop with a short detour off SR20. Food was delicious. I had the bangin shrimp wrap with fried okra and loved it. Hubby had the burger and fries. Both were good. The fry seasoning was very tasty. I can't place the flavor but it was somewhat sweet and savory. All in all a very good meal and the service was excellent.
