The last time I ordered a burger from Stonewood's, I found a burned wooden stick (maybe a tooth pick) in the burger when I bit into it. I did let management know, and realize mistakes happen. Since I found the stick cooked inside the burger without breaking a tooth or swallowing it, I didn't make a claim. However, I did expect some type of followup from management which told me they would investigate it and let me know. I even sent a picture.. Never heard anything back,,...read full review
