Extremely nice staff! Met Darren and Tiffany today and I couldn’t ask for a more friendlier staff. I know the rest of the staff is as well as just seeing how it’s ran. Restaurant was spotless and food was better than big chains. Crispy fries and hamburger was nicely put together and not thrown on like other chains. Thank you to the managers and owners for a wonderful experience!

I think the air conditioner was not working. It wasn't too hot in there but I'm pretty sure the must prop doors open because of all the flies

This place has improved a lot in service, cleanliness, and quality. Not too long ago it was a dump. If its been awhile for you I suggest giving it another try. (But they do still drown their burgers, so many ask for your condiments on the side).

This location hires ppl with mental or learning disabilities and they are very great employees. They go above n beyond their job. They always have a happy and over the top attitude. My order has never been incorrect, the restaurant is always clean.

Do not I repeat do not order from this restaurant. This restaurant first off, screws up your order by giving out the wrong orders to people constantly For two I was in there 1015 minutes ago I watched them pull the fries out of the fryer. One of the employees looked at the fries and said these aren’t cooked and just let them sit there and he went on break. The other employee came over to the fries a little bit later and dumped them into the hot binfor customers. I had to tell them hey these fries are half cooked. There’s no communication you end up waiting for your order for 20 minutes or so this particular Burger King restaurant is absolutely flat out horrible. I’m half tempted to report this to the food and beverage department of Citrus County.

The young lady that was working at the drive through was very friendly and attentive. Food was great as always. Only a peave but the whoppers were a wrapped mess. A little slower and more precise sandwich assembly please...

Overheard one of the employees bad mouthing about my choice of sitting. I like to stop by and use the wifi sometimes. I'll even make orders (which are most of the time wrong, or not done properly).

If you're gonna badmouth your customers, at least be quiet about it. And actually be good at your jobs. Fast food isn't hard. I've worked in a professional kitchen that poses more difficulty than what y'all do.

Alot of the workers are very clean , No one ties hair up. Along with there fries they pre cook an reheat open orders . A lot of drugs been seen out back door of restaurant

No one was in the drive through but I had to pull forward and Wait for them to bring me a whopper. She gave me the ice cream which was melted by the time they brought out my whopper. Two items, 😢😭

My wife and I placed and paid for our order online and were looking forward to a relaxing meal after a long week.

Unfortunately, our experience at the drive-thru did not meet expectations. Upon arriving at the window, the staff member who greeted us seemed unprepared, awkwardly standing and waiting for a payment that had already been processed online. While this was a small oversight, it indicated a lack of attention to order tracking.

More troubling was the comment made as he reviewed our order(which was said multiple times): “OMG you have such a big order.” This remark felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable and judged for the size of our meal, which was meant for two people. Following that, he left the window to chat with colleagues in the back while another team member (who was polite and apologetic) completed our order.

On top of all that, the ice cream machine wasn’t working, so my wife, who already felt a bit embarrassed, simply asked for a Hershey’s pie instead. We didn’t receive any straws either, which added to the sense that the order was rushed and not properly completed.

We chose your restaurant for a convenient and pleasant dinner, but this experience left us feeling disrespected and disappointed. We hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and provide better training to ensure all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy.

That being said we will take the extra 5 minutes to go to the BK in Ocala as they won’t make you feel bad for ordering dinner.
