We’ve been visiting Mikang for about two years now, usually for our Friday lunch date, and it’s always a treat. The service is consistently excellent, and the food never disappoints. The sushi chef (and owner) is both talented and creative, preparing fresh, beautifully presented dishes.
While the sushi is outstanding, the menu offers much more. My wife is vegetarian, and she’s always pleased with the variety of flavorful vegetarian options available.

The volcano rolls is my go-to at any sushi place. This place had the most unique and the absolute best volcano roll I've ever had. I also had the dynamite Roll which was incredible as well
A hidden gem in citrus county. Their food is always delicious, fresh, and great service. The California roll is just like how they make it on the west coast which is not something I can find in Florida. It is not that imitation krab stick roll. We always enjoy coming here because of their great consistent food. Also there’s no wrong choices with ordering!
