I'm not sure what was going on at this location last night, (12/11/24) but I called to place a delivery order, and the person who answered was speaking with, what sounded like, a fake accent, told me their "system" was down, and the told me I could only pay cash. The thing that threw me off, was the fact that other people in the background, were laughing profusely? Was this a joke? I am not doubting they were having trouble with their "system", but, way to treat your customers in a professional manner! I will go out of my way, NOT to use this location any longer. In fact, I am getting a little weary of choosing Domino's at all any longer. Their service has really gotten worse over the last few years.

I literally never write reviews, but the staff at this Domino's was above and beyond. Really great service, fast and reliable in a pinch with great communication. Very quality and fresh pizza. Shoutout to Ricky specifically for getting it ready for me so quick, and having a great attitude when handing it off to me.
Will definitely be coming back here, and I recommend it to anyone in the area!

In reply to Mickey Dunn. As the customer who witnessed this event this lady was completely in the wrong. Cursing at the employees and calling not only them but me a democrat. The lady threatened to call the cops on the dominoes after they asked her to leave. When I told her that’s a waste of resources she said I must be a democrat. The Lady end up throwing the pizza on the ground in the store when she left. This domino’s has always treated me good, and the employees handled this situation appropriately.

I ordered a thin crust pizza pie cut, It arrived square cut and burnt on the edges. I took the pizza back to the store and was greeted with “ oh boy, what’s wrong? “ I told them it was cut wrong and over cooked. The supposed manager and another employee behind the counter started laughing, and the employee said Why? Can’t you just pick it up and eat it? They continued to ridicule me in front of other customers. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY in my life. I then asked for my money back, the employee looked at the manager and said “ we don’t have to give her the money back, do we?” After another few minutes of arguing the manager gave me my money back and on the way out one of the employees yelled out go have another drink, implying that I was a drunk. This kind of treatment should never happen to anyone, ever.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza which would have extra cheese. The cheese was overcooked and not soft and "stringy" and the dough was dense and also overcooked. Called Dominos to tell them that the pizza was NOT good. Response: "we made what you ordered - sorry". Must be new POOR MANAGEMENT. As a regular customer WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The pizza was so bad we threw it away.

Made order and paid for it. I was told 1 1/2 hours later that they ran out of macaroni, hard to believe. never called me to let me know. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Very poor service and communication. Will never go back. Don't blame the hurricane, this happened a week before the storm.

I learned you can now place your order for what time you want to pick it up with the app !!! So I ordered dinner and it will be ready after I pick my son up from work at 4 !! The specials and coupons with the app and then the points your always getting something at a discount and with teenage boys that is a huge plus to a single dad !!
Kid-friendliness: It is a great place for them to go with you to eat in or pick it up too go.
Justin has delivered to me for years. He is by far the best delivery driver Dominos has had and they should be proud in how he represents their name! Tonight as I waited my order on the front porch in darkness as my light had just gone out he actually took time to help me change it! 5 stars does not do him enough justice!

So look I get it everyone makes mistakes and things happen in life. Full time blue collar worker just looking for food friday night for the kids when we ordered we were notified that the delivery was complete when it wasn't no food or anything after 4, and I'll say AGAIN 4 TIMES we called the young girl answered the call but never spoke and ignored the phone calls as we can hear in the background orders again ik people get business but what a piss poor attitude we received and service that made me to go pick up my pizza which the manager didn't even know how to handle until I suggested just make my food I payed for the food I've got kids hungry. Delivery driver was named Richard WHO GOT A TIP idc where my food went all I know it was not at my house over an hour wait no refund or anything and gave nothing but neglect and attitude. Never going to waste my time with this establishment that shows no common sense nor good services.

Tracker said my food was delivered (it was not). Called twice and they answered the phone and set it down and walked away. I could hear the employees talking about boneless chicken wings and pizza, but nobody would answer me when I said hello. So evidently they answered and walked away because they didnt want to hear the phone ring. When I finally got someone on the line, they were not helpful and couldn't tell me where my food was. Then got short with me when I said my fiancé was on his way there to just pick it up since it was never delivered. I have never had such terrible customer service in my entire life.
