Tuscany On the Meadows

Scheduled an event that we had to cancel due to COVID. They agreed to refund our $500 deposit. 2 years later, we still have not received our money back after we were advised a year ago they had a refund check and were mailing it out the next day. Filed a BBB complaint, they were sent 2 notices and didn't respond to either.

Horribly disappointed. My mother recently passed away, I tried repeatedly to book a reservation with this establishment. My phone call was returned one time. I called several more and stopped by to no avail. It is unfortunate that Inverness is so limited with choices. I have decided not to have a celebration of life luncheon for my mother because I cannot seem to book it in this little town. It seems they have more business than they know what to do with Lucky them. I could not tell you about the food because I was never sent the menu I was promised. When I stopped in there was no menus to be had. I have booked banquets in the cities of Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. Just couldn’t get it done in the little town of Inverness. I would recommend this place but unfortunately I’ve never had the opportunity to try it. I guess IAM not among the chosen few that get to see the menu. The first thing the lady does is ask for your date so she could knock you out, then she asked for your party size so she can knock you out that way. If you don’t want to be in business Then you shouldn’t be. I would’ve booked a date that was available. I had the minimum quantity of people 50. I simply wanted to see a menu but that was too much to ask for. I suggest that if you have patience 20 miles and more you could possibly try to work with this lady, However if you’re grieving or lack patience at all, or expect common courtesy or efficiency, this is certainly not one you want to deal with. They are not responsive and they do not do what they say they’re going to do.

AnnMarie gave me the wedding of my dreams. Everyone has commented on how beautiful everything was. Thank you so, so much for all of your hard work! It was all we wanted and more!!!

Worst dinner ever. Will never return or use your facility.

Amazing venue nestled in a beautiful country setting. Excellent food and service and amazing decor and set up. Perfect place for a more intimate wedding. The wedding planner is amazing as well as her attention to detail . Highly recommended

Ann Marie made sure everything was ready to go on time for our wedding and coordinated with her staff to serve and prep the whole venue on the day. The food was excellent and got so many compliments!!The hotel that the venue is connected to had a lot of new staff and there was a lot of confusion with room blocks and reservations- but that is all unrelated to Tuscany!!

Such a wonderful experience, there staff is so attentive and caring. It is truly a remarkable experience that is to be long rembered. The venue where the wedding was held pulled no stops, and was beyond magical.

The staff and place was beautiful a perfect place for the wedding and reception. Maryann was wonderfully awesome.

I went to a wedding in September of this year. Annmarie did such a beautiful job with everything. The centerpiece were great. The picture of the bride and groom were nice. Annmarie did everything the bride asked.

Food was great along with all the servers. They went all out so these kids had a great wedding during this time. Barmaid needs some work but in all it was great. And a very special Thank you to Miss Ann Marie she is just so Amazing. Thank you for all you do.

Absolutely amazing! I am over the moon with how well they handled my wedding. With Ann Marie we were able to overcome all of our last minute problems easily and without stress. I highly recommended them for all events!
