Year and half later and nobody ever talked to me about the burglary. Nobody reached out to me to apologize or tried to make things right. Ever. Manager did not cooperate with police. What else tells you more about a business that does not cooperate with law enforcement. They are partner in the crime.

Waited at the airport for over an hour for the hotel Shuttle. I was hoping this wasn't the beginning of a disaster on the horizon. Whelp,.... my suspicion was correct. Once I arrived--check in was fine. Let's talk about the room--Dirty, dirty, dirty! Carpet was super gross! Spills and stains all over ! The hotel restaurant was crazy cold this also encompasses the staff and the food was overpriced like crazy! Two appetizers and one mojito--40$ Gratuity is auto added regardless of party size,.. which in my case a party of 2. Wild! I'm almost certain I won't be back here. Probably wouldn't recommend. Thank goodness this is a one night stay. So mad at myself for not researching this hotel prior to booking! Ughh

This location is about 30 mins away from MIA airport. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was awesome everyone was very helpful.The front desk clerk recognized me as an IHG member and gave me their goody bag and allowed me to check in early. The area this hotel is located is a not the best place but not the worst. They have a breakfast buffet which is pretty tasty with hand squeezed juices. The pool area is nice very relaxing they have music playing from the bar area. The cleanliness was ehh, there were large water spots on my carpet but that is expected for the age of the hotel I guess. There is a mall nearby and a good Cuban restaurant behind the hotel. My only actual complaint is that the air conditioner does really get cold but after speaking with locals I'm not sure if that is the hotel's fault. The only reason I would think twice about booking here is how far out it is from everything a tourist might like to do that is using uber to get there.

I have been to various holiday inn. This may probably be the dirtiest. That carpet is full of stains. That balcony also looks like it's never been clean. Really a poor show on behalf of holiday inn. Today 3/30/2019I showed up at 2 PM and my room was not cleaned. I left went back at 3PM and still not ready. Asked front desk if they can please clean my room. He made a call and said it will be taken care of. Went to the room at 4PM and still not ready. Returned to front desk and was told by the gentleman at the front desk that they have until 5 to take care of it. Went back at 5 and still not ready. Was finally cleaned when I showed up at 6:30. Really bad service. I just hit to my room today 4/1/2019 and not fixed. Stopped at store and purchased coffee K-cups so I don't have to be in the street all day in order to get my room fixed

Booked to stay night after flying in from San Diego, disappointment to say least, carpet in room looked filthy. Non-smoke room with burn holes and really dirty. $170 and another 30 for breakfast buffet, we were staying at some friends in Vero Beach for couple days before taking cruise, this was first night and then 2 days at friends, night before cruise was in ft Lauderdale holiday inn, night and day, ft lauderdale was what I would expect, nice and clean, safe, good reception, nice continental breakfast. My suggestion is not to stay here.

Old hotel with some renovations here and there. Some amenities are nice like the bar, the public use computers, pool area, lobby others need some dire need of renovating like ceilings, lighting, walls, old outlets/switches, single pane windows, old carpeting (at least the room I stayed in). The good - easy access to the airport! Easy access to Doral (great restaurants, places to go out to). Palmetto Expwy is right in front of the hotel and it can take you anywhere. Small shopping center within walking distance - I needed a pair of dress pants for my trip and they have a Macys. Bar has a really nice selection of beers! Mahou (true beer from Spain) Average selection of Whiskies. Menu at the restaurant bar is decently put together. **Alexis from Guest Services was super helpful! Attentive and personable ! Guy is an asset!! The not so good - don't think is truly bad. Rooms need better cleaning; found a few hairs in the bathroom. Mattresses are hard and get super hot! Bathroom was missing towel hook! Would I stay here again? Yes, I just need a room to sleep in and bathroom to shower when I'm in Miami.

horrible experience at the restaurant,bartender luz,charge double tips and charge aditional items i never order,she is very abused,i never come back for the restaurant ,rooms dirty ,bad service,exept the waittres for breakfast....open you eyes when you paid!!!

Terrible service - the rooms are cleaned halfway ( if at all) - full rubbish bin not cleaned, coffee not refilled, carpet not vacuumed. No shower curtain, so the whole bathroom is wet after showering. Food in the restaurant is tasteless and bland. I would certainly never stay here by choice (had to stay here as my company uses this hotel).

This hotel is used by the Military for persons being seen and screened. They stay here while testing and getting paperwork in order at the processing station. It's fairly new, in a busy area and is basic and comfortable.

Racism exists well here. Some girl get touched inappropriately, I say relax bud. He turns around and says a few things I ignore. His friend come around from the side and pushes me and says, "what are you going to do Muhammed". I notify the bouncers that I will let accept this, and I want this group out. They talk to the guy for 2-3 minutes and tell him say sorry and stay at the place. I say his sorry does not change his ideology and I want him out. The guys sticks up the midd
