“One of the best places if you are a Bills fan, or buckeye fan or a sports fan for that matter. Awesome food, service and atmosphere. We came to watch the Buckeyes but are also bills fans since we are originally from Buffalo. We met the owner who is a super nice guy. You feel like you are at a friends house watching the game. Would highly recommend!!“

“Some good food choices are available. Employees are normally friendly. I just do not care for the service charge for take-outs. What extra service am I paying for? I'm just picking up food and leaving. More " service " is provided when you eat inside. Doesn't make sense.
Parking: Parking depends on how busy it is . When it gets busy, it is hard to find parking.“

The menu includes Seafood,Steak,Salads,Wings and Drinks. We can be Seated inside or outside..The Bar has Large Flat Screens for Guests.. You have your Meal while at the Bar.Reservations can be in Advance for Large Gatherings.Customers can choose their form of Payment,Cash,Credit Card or Apple Pay ?.We were Celebrating a Birthday with Family. Our sever was Busy be Careful with each Order.The weekend Staff has Large Crowds waiting to be served.You can Order online for Pickup or Delivery with an App. The employees Celebrate by Singing Happy Birthday at our Table. The Restrooms are located in the back entrance but Cleaned. The tables are short or Tall enough for everyone to sit. The Parking Lot has limited Spaces and 3for Handicap Parking.“

“The setting and meal were excellent. Our server Ricardo excellent! My concern was when we received the bill there was an 18% service charge placed on it. The drawback to this was we typically tip 30% so we had to reduce our tip to Ricardo to 10%. This service charge should be in price of the meal.“

“Flanigan's is a South Florida treasure. The food is always tasty, the atmosphere is loud & fun and the service is friendly. It's the perfect casual place to get some tasty food, some good drinks and chill out with friends or catch a sporting event on TV. My personal favorites are the Dolphin fingers & potato skins as an appetizers alongside the Joe's steak soup. Then, depending on how hungry; Grilled Tuna steak with veggies is the light meal. Full rack of babyback ribs with coleslaw is the medium meal and if I'm starving, the Texas burger with curly fries is the big meal. It's a great place to have fun with friends but be prepared to wait to be seated because it's always packed. It's the price you have to pay for being such an awesome place!!! The service is getting better every time I come back here and it's always a lively place to eat delicious food, drink some awesome cocktails and watch some sports on the televisions.
Parking: Parking is a little bit challenging at this location because it's a small strip mall with stores that are pretty busy until the evening.“

“I really liked my experience. The staff is pleasant and they offer a nice variety of choices on their menu. The service is also fast. As it's a popular restaurant and it's quite open, it can get quite noisy which I didn't like a little. I recommend. ?“
“Amazing restaurant and bar! This is a sophisticated restaurant with a wonderful menu and delicious food. You can see the passion to deliver the best is with the staff and owners, the chef made the effort to come and discuss the menu to ensure I was satisfied without being prompted. The owners where very welcoming , there was wonderful calm live music and beautiful decor and views surrounding. I think this is perfect for dates family and friends , I'll be back again soon , Thanks Ventanas for a perfect evening :)“

“Not sure why the low rating. This is our first time here and everything we’ve eaten is delicious and the service is perfect. We enjoyed a proscuitto and burrata salad, fried plantains, seafood risotto, and the assorted croquettes. Not pictured are the croquettes because we absolutely inhaled those. Would pass on having the fried plantains again though- nothing special about them.“
