“The chef there is very talented. Every time I go there I order something new, just cause I know he's not going to let me down with his talent. “If you want a dive bar with good service, this is the spot! This place hits all the marks, the only downside is that they allow smoking. If you're ok with that, then you found a honey hole. Staff was amazing and so were all the other patrons. This was my first visit but deff not my last.“
“We fell in love at this bar and had a bad experience on the day of our engagement but our server Parker brought us back the next day with his great service and made our whole vacation. He's a great kid and the food and drinks he recommended are divine!!! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone who's local or visits! “We ordered late last night, the hotel restaurants were closed and omg had to do it again today! The shrimp mofongo and the sancocho are better than my grandmas! Sorry grandma not sorry! Bread pudding was delicious too. A must eat if you are in the area craving for some real sazón!“
“If you accept that the food will take an hour or do, this place is excellent. The burgers are as good as you’ll get anywhere. The waterside tables are brilliant. The servers were great. Other customers smoking while others are eating was off putting.“
“While driving through the area, we spotted Bonny & Reads, I had seen the episode on Bar Rescue & wanted to visit. Nice place, nice atmosphere, professional staff but the restrooms need improvement & hourly upkeep. I would drop by again when I’m in town.“
“This was my first visit and I will be back! The staff was very friendly, John was our waiter and he was amazing and smiled throughout his time with us, we had kids, and took forever to order but he was so patient. The food was good and the prices weren’t bad either. We were able to have access to the rooftop pool and the water was the perfect temperature and so inviting. We came about 2pm on Saturday and the parking area was charging $30 for up to 4 hours however Sunset Club does offer valet parking for $15, overall we enjoyed and will be returning soon this time without the kids! They have a DJ at 6 we want to go back during that time!“
