Upper management is not going to change anything...still...Ordered 3 half a chicken meals..Thai and 2 others...take out.Was not paying attention..get home and open the container. Half a chicken?! It was half a chick for Pete's sake!Buy Costco's 5 buck chicken instead. We realize...2 different types of businesses...still. if you're going to sell half a chicken for 13 14 bucks.. treat folks right at least.And add some potatoes! One scoop of potatoes...gesh!3 birds at Costco for the price of one Boston meal.One quarter of their chicken is bigger than Boston half.Ok ok..enough chicken bashing..we would still buy from BM...potatoes, etc and buy the chicken from Costco though..

Customer Service Sucks!Very unprofessional!Placed an order a month in advance and they did not honor it due to a system error on their end.Called the service number for catering and got hung-up with or disconnected twice while waiting on hold.Called the store location and they NEVER answered.I had to go in-person to talk to someone, and as expected they were even less helpful.Lied about contacting me to resolve the issue, and just cancelled the order.Said they couldn't help me and started to ignore my questions and help another person.I ended up having to find an alternative for the food I had placed a month ago and prepped for. Some of my staff went without food while I searched for alternatives and had it prepared. This was for my 24/7 hospital staff so they can celebrate thanksgiving with food even though they are at work saving pets instead of with their families.

I moved into the area a couple of months ago. I was so happy to know there was a Boston Market right around the corner. I walked in and couldn’t stand a bad odor, stench like if something was rotten. I still proceeded to order my food. The chicken was extremely dry it was awful. I had to throw the food away. I honestly was sick to my stomach with that odor. Never have gone back. I put a complaint in to your main office never heard back. I was hoping something had changed and was going to give it another try but just read a review from 3 weeks ago and they complained about the bad smell!!! I don’t even know how the employees can work there.

Gone to this Boston Market multiple of times and have to say the manager is great, the employees are welcoming and food was delicious like homestyle, love the roasted chicken, better than other fast food restaurant chicken, just only discovered Boston Market this year and am lovein' it! Not sure why it's not as known, probably the name Boston Market, sounds like a Supermarket

Just had a Caesar salad and they added spicy chicken nuggets to the top it was so good you have to try these chicken nuggets

As soon as you walk in a stench of old dirty water or carpet greets you as your walking in. Plus the food looks like its been reused repeatedly. It does not look or appear to be freshly made. But looks are deceiving because it taste better than it looks.

Restaurant had a tough break during covid. Look like things are getting better. Glad to see. The food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming.
The food was old and cold and they did not have any fountain drinks. Only ice tea. Never going to visit this Boston market.

Very disappointed on this location.. dinning area had an unpleasant odor a/c not working . Women's bathroom had no soap. Food was good but there was no butter for the corn bread.

I order weekly from this location. My meatloaf seems it’s for a child. No idea what happened. Also I was given both ends of the meatloaf. Lastly they forgot to the gravy for both orders. Disappointed really.
