Expensive for what you get. The soft drink cups are small. The napkins are small. The burgers are small. The price is big though. Probably why they are expanding so fast. My burger was not cooked medium rare as they specify in the menu. The fries arrived warm and we're cold in 5 minutes due to the fact that, you guessed it, they are small too! I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit to Pincho the women that helped me I believe her name was ash was very kind and helpful. She recommended the pincho burger and asked if I enjoyed spicy food, to try the Cajun fries and a side of chipotle. The burger was fantastic and the fries were great! I will be thinking of Pincho for the next few months. Great job!! Keep it up?

Went to this place yesterday. They were swamped with business. My order took forever, but they were very nice. I even overheard the manager on the phone trying to resolve an issue with a customer and at least from my end, it sounded like she was doing her best to resolve the issue. She was obviously concerned about her ratings for the night because she commented it to some co-workers. I see that as a business that cares.
