Pizza is always fresh and tasty! Customer service on point always! They work hard! Deliveries always on time! And they’re always polite!
Convenient location. Need to ensure you maintain good customer service. I’ve frequented this place multiple times lately and can tell there is one manager or team lead (big man) that may be holding the team back from delivering their best.
So far so good— four times, no more Miami Lakes one. This one is my last chance for Papa Johns and I— if they mess up, I'll give Hialeah more than 3 chances— 🖖😷🤳

Papa Johns Pizza used to be good, but the quality has declined lately. Ingredients like pepperoni, sausage, and roma tomatoes are almost absent on the pizzas. Despite this, there are good deals and specials available when ordering online. The manager, Brian, provides friendly and efficient service. On the positive side, many customers find it to be the best pizza in Hialeah with lots of cheese, good tomato, dough, and excellent preparation. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza offers a mix of disappointment and satisfaction in terms of quality and service.
