Today we came to hialeah hooters and their was a little delay/mixup with my order (something that has never happened to me before) but a manager Mario jumped into action really quick and made it right! I was very pleased and amazed how fast and professional he was and pleased us as customers. “Pizza was amazing as usual, but I decided to pickup the pizza on my way home instead of having it delivered like I usually do and it was the biggest mistake of my life!!!The pizza restaurant is located in a shopping center with 2 nightclubs. There was no parking available, people all over the parking lot and even off duty cops doubling as security for the clubs on site. All this made it a huge challenge to park and pickup my pizza.To avoid this from happening to you, I strongly suggest you order your pizza be delivered if ordering during the weekend. I really cannot stress enough how much you should avoid that shopping center parking lot.“
