“We have visited this location twice this month, and both times we had the pleasure of being served by Jered. Without a doubt, he provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind.

He was always one step ahead of us, bringing drink refills before we even had to ask and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. He even brought us to-go refills, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much he cares about his guests.

On our most recent visit, we were celebrating my mom’s birthday, and Jered went out of his way to make her feel special. He was so sweet, warm, and personable that he truly made the celebration even more memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only exceptional at their job but also makes every guest feel valued and welcomed.

Jered is the definition of outstanding customer service. He is attentive without being intrusive, efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. Employees like him are the reason people come back to a restaurant. We will absolutely continue returning to this location—solely because of the experience Jered gave us. “I absolutely love this place. I’m here at least once a week, and every single time the food hits. Everything tastes like it’s made with love, like somebody’s abuela is in the back making sure every plate comes out right.

The pan con bistec is my favorite. You can tell the steak is properly marinated because it's packed with flavor and always tender. I try other things too, and honestly I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The Cuban pizza is the real deal, the completas are amazing, and the wings are top notch.

The owner, Alex, is always welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

“Pleasant surprise. Went to McDonald's but they were lagging bad. Left and saw Wendy's was making breakfast. Opens at 6:00 am . Had the sausage breakfast burito. Tasted good and was huge. Had a hard time finishing it. Coffee is not as good as McDonald's but a close second . Pretty fast but there was nobody in the drive thru. Wife had bacon ham and cheese sandwich with Swiss cheese. She wasn't impressed. She had OJ and said it was better than McDonald's. No hash browns just potatoe wedges. McDonald's is better. I liked that it was different. Would eat here again.“

When we picked up order we had 1 bag with 2 strip. When I showed the person at the drive thru window he argued that it was 2 strips. So I opened my app. Showed the order. (Attached) and I was yelled at, The app is wrong, they only serve 2 strips. So I called the next morning spoke to GM. Who apologized for the incident, and agreed that my order was correct. The app was correct, and I shouldn’t have been yelled at by attendant. Needless to say, my kids wanted taco bell again the next evening. Placed same order, had exact situation, and I will no longer be going to this particular taco bell.“

She was friendly, attentive, and had such a great personality that she made the whole experience memorable. They did ask me to park and wait, but I refused, and said, I'd wait at the window. They were surprisingly nice and everything was correct. They were 20 minutes later with my order than estimated, so I didn't drop a star, but apart from that, I was pleased.“
