“Sushi Siam is an absolute hidden gem. Their menu is extensive, featuring a mix of Thai and Japanese dishes, so there’s something for everyone.
The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared — it’s as much a treat for the eyes as it is for your taste buds. Beyond sushi, they also serve fantastic Pad Thai and Tom Kha Kai soup that are definitely worth trying.
What’s unique about this spot is that it’s almost always empty, likely because most of their business is takeout. But I actually loved the solitude — it feels like a private dining experience.
The building itself is definitely dated, giving off some serious Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom vibes (you’ll get the reference once you go). But honestly, that throwback vintage sushi restaurant vibe adds to its charm and makes the experience feel special.
If you’re looking for high-quality sushi and Thai food in a relaxed, low-key environment, Sushi Siam is a must-try.“

“My cousin and I came here for dinner out of a whim so glad we did because it was so good. Melisa was the person who checked us out. She suggested us to half our burgers, and it was the best idea ever because I enjoyed both burgers did not know which one I liked more than the other the Dubai sauce also is to die for oh my gosh!!
The two burgers were The Golden and The Crispy onion.

“Thank you Lorenzo the fabulous Host who made sure we had the perfect table on the patio. Then we had the best server Julius, since I have many allergies to food Julius Went above and beyond to accommodate me I had the best Fish that was cooked at our table I got everything I wanted because he made sure. Everything we had was amazing We topped off the night with homemade Tiramisu that was also prepared fresh at our table. If you have any food restrictions this is the place to feel safe and to know that the employees take this seriously . I know they have other restaurants and I am truly looking forward to trying them all.“

“Had a great experience there....Natalie was my amazing server. Asked her what she likes to eat there the most and she suggested the steak tacos her way and told me you can add an extra taco for an extra expense and it was worth it???. She had awesome work ethics, a beautiful smile that made you feel like you were there with a childhood friend, and a giggle that made you giggle as well....will request her every time I go.... “Great spot and the food was really good! The only thing I didn’t like was the service. After our server brought out the food, we didn’t see him again. We eventually had to ask another waiter to let him know that we were finished.
He never came back to check on us, ask how the food was, or see if we needed anything else. I actually wanted to order a few more things from the menu, but since our waiter never came back, I didn’t get the chance.
Overall, the food was good, but the service could definitely be improved.“

“I first had the pleasure of dining here nearly two years ago, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. The plate of pasta I had on that first visit was so memorable, it’s still the background on my phone — and I’ve made multiple trips to Miami just to come back and enjoy it again. The quality has never wavered. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

“I came for happy hour and I had an amazing experience. From 4 to 7 they do buy one get one free drinks, I got two margaritas and they were delicious! My friend got lychee martinis and they were also amazing. For appetizer to snack on we got salmon tartar, which was unbelievable for the price. Our server, Barbara was amazing, super friendly, and super helpful. I could not recommend this place more to anybody else.“

“I really enjoyed this place, my server alejando went above and beyond to take care of us. Even turned many fans on since it’s very hot in Miami so my baby wouldn’t be hot. “Candi was our hostess and server. I very much enjoyed both the red and green salsa that came with the chips. I ordered the carne asada tacos… DELICIOUS!!! Flavorful and juicy. I also ordered a SUPER MARGARITA 20oz on the rocks. Also delicious and strong without the tequila overpowering the flavor. I highly recommend and ask for Candi. She was sweet and helpful.“

“We choose it for dinner based on the reviews but after our experience we agree that the rating is too high. The serving was mediocre, the mojito was served in a water glass. We ordered pizza for the kids and the salami was spicy, they couldn’t eat it- a heads up would have been mandatory in this case. Despite all that the paella was very tasty, and one is enough to serve 2 persons. The prices are in the average scale for Ocean Drive.“
