“An absolute GEM. Miami needs more restaurants like this. No hype, no smoking mirrors; Just a beautiful restaurant to come sit, have a delicious meal, and feel satisfied.
The menu is expansive- something for everyone.
The flavors of the Thai dishes we had were exceptional, and the portions were more than enough.
I will be back. This will be my go-to local restaurant.“

“My cousin and I came here for dinner out of a whim so glad we did because it was so good. Melisa was the person who checked us out. She suggested us to half our burgers, and it was the best idea ever because I enjoyed both burgers did not know which one I liked more than the other the Dubai sauce also is to die for oh my gosh!!
The two burgers were The Golden and The Crispy onion.

“We always love the great food and service here in this historic restaurant. Don't let the fact that it is popular with tourists fool you. The food is great and the portions are generous and usually shareable for brunch which is great. We are locals much of the year and always make it a point to come here. Always fun and delicious.“

“Thank you Lorenzo the fabulous Host who made sure we had the perfect table on the patio. Then we had the best server Julius, since I have many allergies to food Julius Went above and beyond to accommodate me I had the best Fish that was cooked at our table I got everything I wanted because he made sure. Everything we had was amazing We topped off the night with homemade Tiramisu that was also prepared fresh at our table. If you have any food restrictions this is the place to feel safe and to know that the employees take this seriously . I know they have other restaurants and I am truly looking forward to trying them all.“

“Had a great experience there....Natalie was my amazing server. Asked her what she likes to eat there the most and she suggested the steak tacos her way and told me you can add an extra taco for an extra expense and it was worth it???. She had awesome work ethics, a beautiful smile that made you feel like you were there with a childhood friend, and a giggle that made you giggle as well....will request her every time I go.... “Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful (I had the rib eye tacos and pineapple/guava margarita) and the service was impeccable. The manager, Martin, was the absolute best and our waitress, Rosita, was wonderful. She took such good care of our party as we celebrated our friend’s birthday. This will be a recurring spot every time I’m in Miami. Thanks, Mama Taxps, for an amazing dinner!“

“Great spot and the food was really good! The only thing I didn’t like was the service. After our server brought out the food, we didn’t see him again. We eventually had to ask another waiter to let him know that we were finished.
He never came back to check on us, ask how the food was, or see if we needed anything else. I actually wanted to order a few more things from the menu, but since our waiter never came back, I didn’t get the chance.
Overall, the food was good, but the service could definitely be improved.“

“I first had the pleasure of dining here nearly two years ago, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. The plate of pasta I had on that first visit was so memorable, it’s still the background on my phone — and I’ve made multiple trips to Miami just to come back and enjoy it again. The quality has never wavered. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

“I came to this restaurant because I wanted fabulous food. The menu looked good. Sat at the bar and Tony was my bartender. Attentive prompt and precise. He recommended a couple things but I settled on the Mediterranean branzino. It was light and lovely and so easy as the service. Thank you for making my one big meal fabulous.“
