They need more mature employees. Forgot me outside for 15 minutes. She went out of her shift and just forgot about a customer waiting out front.... so I could move out of the line. So don't al me how my experience was. The manager seems good is just the crew he has... need improvement.
Hi guys, I would like to recommend that you visit the KFC in Hialeah because they have a great team that works together well. The restaurant is very clean, and they cook the chicken perfectly. Additionally, they are diligent about checking the food expiration every 2-3 hours and replacing it with fresh food. This store continuously opens much later than is displayed on the store and Google. I've been coming to this store for quite some time and you'd be lucky if they are up and running by 7 am. Honestly, I believe they should open earlier as their opponents do. The egg on their crossantwich breakfast sandwiches sometimes is paper thin. Nothing like the pictures displayed. Hope this helps.
