The woman who is here today (Lady with purple hair and very marked eyebrows) is terrible at serving people, we just sat down and she was a disaster at taking the order, it is obvious that she does not know how to serve people. Terrible service.

This store continuously opens much later than is displayed on the store and Google. I've been coming to this store for quite some time and you'd be lucky if they are up and running by 7 am. Honestly, I believe they should open earlier as their opponents do. The egg on their crossantwich breakfast sandwiches sometimes is paper thin. Nothing like the pictures displayed. Hope this helps. The staff was amazing. The food was hot and fresh. One of the best locations in Hialeah or the Miami area. Very nice Manage Melissa, made me feel really welcome. ❤️

I had the worst experience ever at this place last night. I was with my daughter and we order chicken nuggets for her that were absolutely cold and chewy, I tried to change them and they laughed at me saying they didn't have more of the style that she likes (crispy), they didn't even apologize. My daughter loves to paint and draw while she's eating. One of her Crayolas fell to the floor. I tried to pick it up, and the floor was so disgusting and sticky that I almost threw up ??. This is definitely the 3rd strike. I hate this place and will not recommend whatsoever to any of my beloved ones this location. Dirty, missing items on the orders, cold chicken served, worst attention ever, and the bathroom didn't even have toilet paper and supplies. I also heard a very heated discussion at the drive tru with a customer! No manners whatsoever. I'm very disappointed.

These restaurant is always clean, but their pot-pie is always died out and warm. I order the same thing each and every time I visit any KFC: A Pot-pie, cole slaw and a mac/cheese, and my total is $12.38. I gave the cashier $20.50 and supposed to get back $8.12, but she gave me $7.12 and I showed her that she short me a dollar and she had the audacity to say that "And you gave .50" and my response was that it the reason why I gave you the .50 and then she thought about it and gave me the $1.00.

They need more mature employees. Forgot me outside for 15 minutes. She went out of her shift and just forgot about a customer waiting out front.... so I could move out of the line. So don't al me how my experience was. The manager seems good is just the crew he has... need improvement.
