I have never been in a place that had such bad service, I have come twice and both times I have had to leave without consuming due to the delay in serving clients. Fatal and the worst thing is how unprofessional the people who work there are. I recommend that they give the job opportunity to people who want to work and who know how to serve a client 👎🏻

The boy's attention was or better but the old brunette keeps it soft and gets upset when they ask for the order and treats you very badly saying that it is bad manners to bother her please that's why I come more because of the disgusting treatment they give please it was them and I feel that it is a great ice cream parlor and because of these ladies they are going to lose customers get them out of there there are many people who want to work and they can treat you well not those ladies

Sadly I don't recommend it They think you are ordering and not paying every day, they give less ice cream and they are more expensive. There are almost never bananas for the banana split... It doesn't meet the minimum

We were in the Hialeah area shopping and saw a Carvel ice cream location and decided to swing by. The location is small and quaint and the ice cream is delicious. The customer service was great and there was not a lot of people online so we were in and out quickly. I will take my boys back soon!!!
Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of the area. However, the location of where this ice cream parlor is located is somewhat difficult to get out of because of oncoming traffic.
Kid-friendliness: There are so many toppings that the kids really love!
I went into this carvel very nice and respectful blonde lady attended us she made us feel right at home she was very fun and happy I will definitely go visit again

The boy's attention was excellent, I can't complain now, the Cuban woman with the bows was unpleasant, it seems like they don't stop her Cuban habits and bad behavior. We were a family of 12. She mistreated my husband and the boy who works with her. It's incredible, but Hialeah doesn't let us. After surprising the manager of the place, I hope to solve the problem and eradicate it from the roots.
