Great employees Defusing establishmentThis place is dirty. The trash cans are dirty The have a table sitting next to the public bathroom literally holding the door closed. I don’t understand this. The food was good but the hygiene and the aspect of this place is not. I don’t know how I ate here but I very likely will never come back. The employees were really nice. That was a plus. The ice cream buckets … some looked questionable that’s all I’m going to say about that

Carvel's ice creams are excellent, perfect, it couldn't be better, I personally like the little tins from the machine ? where they bring out the different flavors of the ice cream, I recommend them with my eyes closed, I am addicted to the ice cream from the machine Carvel are an exclusivity, they are too exquisite, I tried them and I was stuck, addicted to machine ice cream ? ok, Carvel for me has no PADROTE, I recommend them with my eyes closed my dear friends, don't think twice Go try Carvel ice cream ok. You can order them combined, or if you want to order it in just one flavor, you can also do it ok, it's up to everyone's taste ok, you can also add peanuts, Oreo cookies, among other things ➕ ok, I went to the Carvel ice cream parlor the one in Hilaeah ok, but you can go to any Carvel ice cream shop throughout Miami okParking: The only bad thing about the carvel ice cream parlor parking lot located in Hilaeah is too small and not many cars can fit in so they know ok.

I graduated at Hialeah High in class of 1979. Our favorite place to go was Carvel across 103rd. It used to be very comforting and above all the staff treatment was unlike any other. Today this Carvel is a Zoo!! Staff are rude and obnoxious, they have low self esteem and zero customer service training/work ethics!! I’ve always enjoyed taking my kids here and now my grand kids. This last time I visited, the servers (staff) were angry at each other and were even using profane language towards each other. I had to walk out with my grandkids. I will never return here!! Carvel in Hialeah needs to clean up this mess and hire profesional bilingual staff!!

The truth is that I have compared many times but today's shift, January 5, 2024, the girl charged me for two ice creams that were not mine and I told her and she told me no but she did not give me the receipt either, they have to charge a person to whom time and not have the other orders nearby because they charge it and people don't have to pay for things they don't consume
