I had placed an order and waited 3 hours with no delivery. When I called, I first spoke with Stephanie, who was polite and transferred me to the assistant manager. The assistant manager refused to give me her name and wasn’t helpful in any way. She provided no updates, no solutions, and took no accountability for the delay.
The service was unprofessional, the wait time was unacceptable, and the lack of customer care made the experience even worse. Highly disappointed.

Horrible Domino’s location. They don’t answer the phone. We called so many times. Several people were trying to get through. While you’re waiting for someone to answer the phone, they just hang up the call. Or they will pick up only to mute the call, never speak, and leave you waiting. They marked my delivery order as complete, but it never even arrived. As seen on the tracker, the driver was never even in my area at all. I tried calling only to find out they just hang up on people, and later saw these reviews claiming the same experience as mine.

I don't usually give bad reviews but this one really deserves it due to the poor treatment these girls give them. They should be taught a little more respect towards the customers. They really don't deserve to give you a penny of a tip. They don't even welcome you. There was a girl on the phone taking orders, she doesn't even look at you and swipes at the phone. Another one comes back to help you and says, wait a moment. Where's the politeness? I'm an adult. It bothers me so much because I also work with customers and I have never mistreated a customer with my problems and always a smile and politeness. What a bad job.

Ordered online and I showed up 20 minutes later for the order to still be in Prepping. To top off not enough employees to prep, bake or be in the counter. Please get more people as well as respectful. I understand that working with customers is a lot but you need to have courtesy.
I’ve had enough with this Domino’s location. They always take forever with orders! delivery takes way longer than what’s promised, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to even get through to someone. Calling them is a complete joke. You’re left on hold for ages, and if someone finally does pick up, they either hang up immediately or seem totally uninterested in helping. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. This kind of service makes you not want to order again. Just spend a few dollars more and stick to Papa Johns.

I spent $31.48 dollars for Pizza delivery and the driver Left store 8:10pm on 27 August 2025 to bring it to the address I put it in the app with instructions but first he took it to the wrong address was there for 25 minutes and later when he called me and I told him to bring it to my address but unfortunately he didn't speak English. Finally he brought it and gave it someone else or trashed it, I don't know but he completed delivery without delivering to the right person. Never ever order it from this store.

Terrible to answer the phone I have a big crew on home coworkers total of 17 people calling multiples time and don't answer the phone after 39 minutes trying we decided go with Pizza Hot where they answered the phone on the first call we trying with Papa John's and answer immediately this problem loosing customers is located in Hialeah address 437-239 E 49 Th Miami FL 33013 I know for Sure the owner doesn't no about this good lock with the customer

This is my very first time ordering Dominos, and please believe it will be THE LAST!!!! Terrible service altogether!!!! Pizza took wayyyy too long to be delivered and when I call to check the status with the store they keep you on hold for 10+ minutes then picked the phone up just to sit it on the counter and not say anything!!! Seriously who is running this place???? I’ve never been more poorly serviced!!!
