They take more than 30 minutes to answer your call. My order is always wrong. I even called this time and the guy promised to make sure to tell them and the order was still wrong.

Terrible, I ordered two cheese breads, I waited 15 minutes for my order and they gave me only one bread, the clerk got confused, they didn't want to give me the one I was missing because they had many orders after me ??♀️what's my fault? Doesn't she do her job well? The duty was to give me what I was missing and then replace the other orders. It's a total lack of respect. I'll never order again.?????

I went into the store and no one came out to help me.. They were all hiding doing I don't know what. But I thought I saw something very strange in the reflection of the refrigerator glass. I think two workers were involved in something intimate. Pk I could see them fixing their clothes. It's tremendous madness in this Hialeah

Well my experience was a total failure ordered at 5:39pm today and still waiting for it so needless to say your service sucks and not only that try several times to get in touch with the delivery and was a waste of time sincerely hope you guys go out of business !!!!!

They were dusting with a dirty duster the tvs above the food area right as they were making my pizzas. On top of that the new staff is rude af and they stay messing up orders and burn the pizzas.
They robbed me. They never brought my food. I called and the stupid lady on the phone said "yeah yeah 10 minutes" and no one ever came. Then they charged me
