Nobody picks up the phone ever!!! The deliveries take an hour or more. The tracker is a joke, they mark the order as delivered within 30 minutes but the order has never arrived. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes more thereafter with no idea of where the driver is and how much longer you must wait. It's like playing the lotto: god knows when you'll win if you win at all. Worst store ever.

My recent experience at the Domino’s store near me was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Upon receiving two undercooked pizzas, I promptly contacted the store to address the issue. The following day, when I spoke to a manager regarding a refund, I encountered nothing but resistance. Despite Domino’s own policy promising to “we will make it right or refund your money,” the manager displayed a complete unwillingness to provide a refund, even after acknowledging the pizzas were not up to standard. Instead, I was met with attitude and ultimately hung up on when requesting a refund, as clearly outlined on their website. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. It’s disheartening to witness such poor service and a failure to uphold their own policies. My experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to support this Domino’s location in the future.

It was the first time I called this place to place an order, I made it online and I called the establishment and they told me that my order was not the one in particular, I told the woman who attended me to cancel it, she canceled it and He hung up on me and didn't even let me finish asking him how I could place the correct order. I called back and a man answered me. I told him very politely that I had called a while ago and that they had treated me very poorly. They should train the employees better. for customer service, and very rude, he also told me to get trained, I was also rude, when I didn't disrespect him, I didn't say anything and I was just complaining that they didn't let me finish speaking, terrible place, I don't recommend it for nothing at least the service over the phone leaves a lot to be desired

I order a pizza and a chicken buffalo, and when I pick up my order on my way home they give me the wrong order I. All the store and I was on the phone for 5m until I got back. I told the girls she give me the wrong g order and I show her I was on the phone for 5m, she start my order again when I saw her Taki g the chicken with her hands with no gloves when she has her cell phone on hands. I told her to give me my money back and she say no that she gonna do my order again. I told her why she's not using gloves to pick up the chicken and she say she forgot. Person on the phone refused and kept questioning me on why i needed to speak to a manager, was very much unprofessional especially the fact of her calling herself the manager after like 10 minutes. the call kept on getting dropped on there end. And the absolute disrespect that me as the “Customer” received was unacceptable.
