I repeatedly called ahead to place my order so it would be ready when I arrived, but every time someone answered, the call was immediately disconnected. Since I was already across the street, I decided to go in and see whether the restaurant was simply busy.
When I walked in, the phone was ringing and there were five employees standing at the register talking while the calls were being ignored. That was very frustrating to witness, especially when I was trying to place an order.

Never answer the phone. Today I had an issue with my order nobody answered.
I’m appalled at their lack of professionalism and customer service. I realize it’s Dominos, so no high expectations there, but how can you hang up the phone on a customer when there’s an issue? My order via DoorDash wasn’t delivered, and instead of receiving any sort of assistance or information, the girl decided she didn’t want to deal with it, I guess and hung up. Do better.
