I have been going to BK since it was built. I live very very close. Since the pandemic I have gotten the Worst food there ?. The food is cold by the time I pull out the parking lot. Either the crew doesn't understand English or they're just incompetent. They never never never fix my sandwich the way I ask. I always have an issue with the way it's prepared. I had sworn this location off for YEARS!!! Each and every time the food and service was horrible. A few months ago, out of desperation, I decided to come back and I was pleasantly surprised! Now it's my preferred BK. The service makes me feel like I'm at Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh. They have definitely improved a LOT!! I had to come back and give credit where it's due.

Hands down one of the best Burger Kings I've been to. Never had a complaint about my food, staff, or the place itself. Afternoon staff is really friendly, especially the guy that works drive-thru register. I never had my order wrong or messed up. Keep up the great work!
