Order #1252 – November 28, 2025. I waited 15 minutes just for a coffee, and the staff did not pay attention to my order until I asked about it. The service was very poor, and some employees showed a noticeably bad attitude. This location seriously needs improvement in customer service and attention.

It is disrespectful to the customer that this place does not have chairs and the customer has to carry the chairs to sit down, the napkins are bought at the Dollar store, the staff is good what the management of the company is not interested in the well-being of the customers and as long as they sell the only thing that interests them is the money, Do not think that because you are in my City we can allow that

Great staff. Everyone is always pleasant. Liddy is an absolute joy. She is a sweetheart, always ready to assist and always smiling. The awesome Dunkin coffee is always on point and always hot. (Need to stock salt and pepper) The place is clean and they are always stocked with their sweet goods.

The woman at the cashier register was extremely rude, and insulting. There was two lines, I was waiting on the right one, when I got to her register, she didn’t say anything, I just stood there, suddenly she rudely said the line is over there, this one is closed. She seemed busy doing something, I was waiting there for the other customer to finish, I glanced over and she started yelling I’m training sir! I’m not on my phone! I see you looking over here, not sure why, but I’m training so like I told you before this cashier is closed. You need to go over there. This was all said in Spanish, she practically yelled at me like I was her child. I didn’t say anything back, held my composure to not make a scene. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to treat someone this way. Also, if your cashier is closed why don’t you kindly tell your customers that and not have them guess whether it is or not, and we the customers have nothing to do with your training or duties. Just want to order and get out. Muy grosera la señora.
