They were doing cleaning while the food was uncovered. The food was openly exposed. They were cleaning under the burners and the ovens. All the stoves, when where the food is being held for buffet, it's was very dirty .

I come on holiday every year and MUST make at least 2 stops here! I pick up some juices to enjoy straight away and between 2-3 jugs to go!!! The passionfruit is to die for and I dream about it all year afterwards! Lol! The mango, papaya and soursop are also excellent and delicious ? ?

I'm used to buying juices at this location. The last time I bought, I bought approximately seven bottles, 20 or so dollars each. Three of them went bad while they were in the refrigerator. I came back with a video and a photo because I live two hours away and The manager says they can't exchange it for me, they won't return the money. If you want to eat, go ahead... But don't buy juice because they sell it rotten.

Every day the service in this branch is worse, the empanadas are sad and those who serve you give you coffee that has already been brewed for a while.
Service is horrible, 35 min. Wait for a sandwich with what I see is like 10 employees moping around. Def in need of some kind of management. I visit Palacios locations all the time but his one takes the cake on bad service. Edit: I felt kinda.bad at first about writing this review but in the end they got my order wrong and the sandwich is awful. I really thought the disappointment would have gone away at fist bite.
