El Palacio de los Jugos is definitely a Miami staple, and there are some things that make it worth visiting, but overall, my experience lands in the middle, which is why I give it 3 stars. The variety of food is impressive—whether you want Cuban sandwiches, fresh juices, or full hot meals like lechón, rice, beans, and plantains, the menu has something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the flavors are authentic, which really does capture the essence of traditional Cuban cuisine. The juices are also fresh and refreshing, especially on a hot Miami day, and that’s one of the highlights of coming here.
That being said, there are downsides that make the experience less enjoyable. The biggest issue is the service. The staff is usually very fast-paced, but it often comes across as rushed and sometimes even a bit impatient. If you’re not familiar with the setup, it can feel confusing and overwhelming, especially when there’s a line. Cleanliness is another area where things could improve—the seating areas and tables don’t always feel well-maintained, and given how busy the place gets, it can look messy. Prices have also crept up over time, and while the portions are big, the cost doesn’t always feel justified for the quality of service provided.
I loved this place, the food is delicious and the service is very good, the girls are very nice, especially Yailyn, very attentive to me, and helped me choose my food, this place is 10/10

I went pretty late and there was an entire line, not suprised on a friday night. Very hectic and chaotic but most of the workers were friendly, I ordered a pineapple drink and it came out very good. Some of the food is fresh and some aren't, depends what your getting. It can get pretty hot with a lot of people and sometimes the workers can't hear you with the loud music. Overall, it's alright.

Based on different visits to the place, my criteria regarding the variety of dishes is quite varied, the food is well prepared, the quantity when serving the sides is considerable, the cleanliness of the place is acceptable, the only problem they should focus on is the treatment of the public, their employees make you feel uncomfortable or that you are bothering them, and they do not invite you to leave them a tip, they should work on the way they serve the public and I repeat, we were there on more than three occasions.

The Best Place for chicharones 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Because there chicharones Are fried in its own Fat, that's the best way.
They were doing cleaning while the food was uncovered. The food was openly exposed. They were cleaning under the burners and the ovens. All the stoves, when where the food is being held for buffet, it's was very dirty .
The food is good. That's the most honest review you're ever gonna see.
Loveee the juice here! I get soursop, guava and mango mixed ? it’s so affordable for fresh juice!
