First Watch is located in a nice area. The space is very nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The outside area is nice and not in direct sunlight. However, there can be issues with table maintenance outside. Dirty plates and napkins were sometimes left on tables for a long time, which detracted from the experience. Some tables were also wobbly. The wait can be long, especially on Sundays, sometimes up to an hour. The wait for food can be about 30 minutes.

The food was good. The coffee was perfect. Servers are frequently highlighted for excellent and caring service. Staff members are described as incredible, understanding excellent customer service, kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go over and above, making guests feel welcomed and checking on them at perfect times.
