What a Horrible service!! An issue with our orders, was there this morning with my family and waitresses treat you like they are doing you a favor a blah attitude not even a good morning walked by us over 10 times and kept ignoring us there where 2 other waitresses in total 3 we sat outside and all 3 waitresses where attending the table next to us that where men being incredible loud screaming saying bad words one couple with 2 kids got up and just left because they as well felt the atmosphere was definitely not family oriented and complained to the waitress that they were as well being ignored and none of them had greeted them or taken there order they were just focused on that one table next to us they were talking and socializing with that table and ignoring everyone that came in waitresses made us feel incredibly uncomfortable with their attitude. Our food was brought cold as well and took over 20 minutes to bring a toast and coffee and it was cold . She did however exchange the toast after we told her but after waiting 20 min for a toast and then having it served cold come on.

Best Cuban food you'll ever have. They make the sandwiches from scratch. My order took the longest when I ordered the media noche and everyone else got rice with their meat but it was honestly the best sandwich I've had from a Cuban place by far. And they serve the sandwiches with chips thay tasted fresh and made in-house.

I'd definitely come back again. Love this Cuban place.

I just came here because the other restaurant I was after 20 min nobody even greet me.
That said I came to Latin American Grill, and I founded a great friendly staff, food 100%!, definitely recommend to come, specially if you are a “Latino lover”!

The place to go in Miami for a delicious quick fix of Real Cuban cuisine, the Cuban sandwich is a must to try. Excellent service as usual.

Get a better staff. It takes them like 20 minutes to grab my to go order that was placed ahead of time. The people behind the counter work like a mess.

absolutely love this place—it never misses. The portions are incredibly generous, so I always have leftovers for the next day. It’s new, beautiful, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and fast. The café con leche is amazing, the breakfasts are spot-on, sandwiches and the dinners are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

I hope the owner, management, and staff put more effort into improving the food quality so this restaurant does not end up closing because of it.

I have visited this restaurant many times over the years for the location and atmosphere, but the food quality has consistently failed to meet expectations. It does not properly represent Cuban cuisine—or Latin food in general.

Today’s visit finally compelled me to write this review. Every dish we ordered was burned and tasted as though it had been cooked on unclean pans, with flavors from previously prepared food still present. This raised serious concerns about food quality and kitchen practices.

Given the cuisine this restaurant claims to represent, this lack of care and consistency is unacceptable.

Best place for breakfast in Miami hands down although all their other foods are very good at affordable prices but again the breakfast is the thing of Miami here
