The food at The Butcher Cuisine is truly excellent. Everything we tried was outstanding. The picanha was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The pulpo (octopus) was tender and seasoned just right. The chicharrón was crispy and delicious, and the filet mignon was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection.

Loved the goat cheese croquetas . The Skirt steak was on point as well as the Lomo Saltado. Service and atmosphere is amazing. We will be back with the family.
Butcher’s Choice may be a small spot, but it delivers a big, memorable dining experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and even during a busy lunch hour, the single waitress on duty was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which really set the tone for the meal.
