Limon & Cilantro

Ever go to a place and wish you could give it more then a 5 star review? I did today when we ate at Limon y Cilantro. We started with the shrimp and cheese empanada...what a delicate, tasty treat! Most empanadas out are never like yours or abuela. We then had the tostones abd chicarones, phenomenal... our entrées were the shrimp Monfongo and the ropa vieja, we were blown away. The freshness and flavors were extraordinary. I see many meals here in the future

Wow! What a great place! The owner is super friendly and hustles to make you feel welcome. Food is phenomenal...one taste explosion after the other. We gad the shrimp and cheese empanadas, followed by the chicarones and tostones...the sauces that accompanied these appetizers were insanely good...the Monfongo, out of this world. Food, presentation and atmosphere was outstanding.

What an amazing lunch! Very happy I was recommended this restaurant by a friend. A few coworkers and myself went here for lunch, everything looked delicious that we all ordered. I ordered the lunch special with pork, rice and soup. The soup definitely opened up my pallet. Extremely savory, balanced and strong flavors.
