Food tasted old and was dry as if it was out all day, service was good, but Al that replaced real people taking orders is confusing and still lead me to speak to an actual person to correct the order, atmosphere was lacking cleanliness.

The food is still ok, considering.But in the last few years, prices have gone way up, continue to go up, and yet soda/milkshake cup sizes are shrinking, along with the size of the meat patties.? ?And when it comes to customer service nowadays, it is sad, and very frustrating. I'm not sure if it's the lack of proper training/supervision, but it is bad, heck half the times some the employees dealing with customers can barely even speak English.?- First of all, I guess upper management's new guide lines to prioritize, and take care of the drive-thru customers first, is the new norm,? ?Shutting down self-serving ice/soda machines in the dining area has become an extremely inconvenient practice,? ?And last, but not least, adding more complicated automation ordering screens is NOT the answer, especially for your old-school LOYAL customers.?

I order a Bicmac no pickle they removed the pickle you can still taste on the meat also order a number 5 Got 8 nuggets instead of 10 I had to repeat my self over and over to get a cup holder the cups where drench in soda and my fries where cold!?

We got our girls a Happy Meals on the release day of Squishmellow toys. When I got home, the boxes contained the previous promotion toy. My girls were very upset, so I returned to the location to see if they would be willing to swap out the toys. The manager was extremely kind and accommodating. She not only provided the squishmellow toys with no issues whatsoever, but allowed us to keep the previous toys as well. Excellent customer service!!!
