McDonald's offers a drive-thru service where food is served hot. Some customers have received fresh and delicious chicken nuggets here. However, other reviews mention that the food can sometimes taste old and dry, and the meat patties have become smaller over the years. The cleanliness of the restaurant has also been questioned. While the service is generally good, some customers have found it frustrating to interact with automated ordering systems, especially if they prefer speaking to a real person or have difficulty with English. The self-serving ice and soda machines in the dining area have been shut down, which some customers find inconvenient.
