The owner of this place should remove the manager, who is an older lady, treats the customers badly. Today there were several people waiting to serve us and the lady said in a loud voice that there was no staff to serve us, a man said he was going to complain. to the franchise and the rude lady replied that he should complain

I had a really bad experience today with a manager at this store the young lady was very rude and unprofessional and she does not deserve to be face of the corporation at this location. Which half of staff are ver unprofessionalas well she is very big mouth. To the point that I couldn't even placed the order and everyone that I know I will tell them not to buy.

GO TO ANY OTHER McDONALD'S IN THE WHOLE US EXCEPT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I have a problem with my order, I was never rude to anyone, I just wanted to know what to do to solve the problem and practically without even listening to me, the manager Manuela was extremely rude and her response was simply “You did something wrong” with a brusque attitude. For God's sake, I would like to know who chooses the team leaders, poor people who work in this place with someone so alien to the norms of civic education. I am left speechless.

Always terrible service when ordering pick-up or delivery, they always forget the sauces or straws in the shakes and you have to figure things out. And if you ask for plain they give you everything... they really cause a lot of discomfort.
