I have visited this restaurant on several occasions because I love their food, but I must say that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My recent experience was particularly disappointing.

I ordered a passion fruit juice, but unfortunately it was extremely bitter and I didn't like it. I literally tried it and decided to ask the lady in charge to change it to a mango one, since I know that the juices are already prepared and it wouldn't involve much effort. However, I was surprised when she told me that they could exchange it, but that I would have to pay for a new juice because, according to her, I had already had the first one, even though I returned it practically complete. It seemed very unfair to me that they wanted to charge me for another juice when I had not consumed the previous one.

Also, I ordered some meat and potato empanadas, specifically 13, and they brought me only 3 slices of lemon. Upon politely asking if they could bring me more, they only gave me 2 additional slices. Honestly, considering the amount of empanadas I had ordered, it seemed very limited and inconsiderate not to generously offer a little more lemon.

In short, although the food is still delicious, the customer service needs significant improvement. These types of details make the experience not as pleasant as it should be.

Very bad experience, I bought a sofa from Castilla and they only gave me a huge piece of cassava potato, like it was the last thing left and liquid, incredible

The food is super good, but the service is really very bad. Too many women in the restaurant and they take too long for everything. You order a drink and they bring it to you practically along with the food. Very good food for such bad service
