I loved the pizza that I liked the most and the puree is not spicy like in other places.

I order a 1 big box of pizza for me and my familia plus 1 box of the bread stick and a big pepsi, when the uber arrived he only gave me a small box with 6 slices of pizza and a soda I don't even know what it was. I paid 35$ for only small pizza and a soda ? They worker sucks they don't work properly. Won't buy again from you guys I ain't loosing my money again, and on top the pizza was cold, THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY NIGHT WORKERS SUKCKS. Just wait for the complains 😘 this happend now at 3:00 am december 1-2024. I'm going to show you what I ordered and what I recieved and you guys decide if buy or not. These people are stealing, check the white page its what I ordered and the others photo it's what I recieved not even the correct name either. YOU GUYS ARE DUMP.

Used to be good. Not anymore! Ingredients that I am paying extra for like pepperoni are almost absent. I don't order sausage anymore because I can hardly see it on the pizza. Same thing when I order roma tomatoes. If they put any on the pizza, they are hardly visible and sometimes not at all. Very disappointed with the quality nowadays!

Horrible customer service from the Manager or Supervisor on shift today 4/26 at 6:13 pm speaking to employees in derogatory manner in front of customers. Implied pizza was being stolen customer.

Ever since Shaquille O'Neal bought Papa John's the quality of pizza and the food has gone down to the maximum level. Sorry of the truth hurts I'm sure I'm not the only one that agrees where's the better Pizza better ingredients guy LOL he had good pizza
super weird behavior and attitudes within the store. i definitely was craving some pizza until i entered the inside of the store, left really disgusted. would recommend working on that costumer service cause its so nasty. and they don’t even know what their doing!! so so weird.. i don’t even know how they have 4 stars, the rest of the reviews even should save yourself some money and time. please do yourself that favor and find quality fast food pizza other than this horrendous store, never been so disgusted. don’t waste your money.

Ordered and paid for extra cheese pizza, and it had only a light sprinkle of cheese as if the pizza had been heated several times as the cheese was brown and not white as when freshly cooked. They burned the hell out of it, and it looks like it was made 2 days ago as it came cold and stale, and I had to throw it away. Will never order anything from here again. I would give it 0 stars if that option existed.
