“Our next summer with kids adventure take us to Wetzel's Pretzels located inside the Dolphin Mall with a category of 5.0 and more than 13 reviews.
Walking through the mall and unable to leave because of the rain, we decided to grab a snack and chose this small place. It was a perfect experience for all the kids who were with us, and that was thanks to the person who served us. She was young, but knew how to treat costumers, and even more so when you were accompanied by 19 kids. She was patient in pleasing everyone.
We bought two orders, one with cinnamon and the other with salted butter. Once cooked, the kids loved it most, seeing the whole process, the preparation, how it's cooked, and then being able to enjoy the result.
Thanks for the experience and recommend this place if you are in the Mall.“

“I always eat here, just one problem they always burn their pretzels, why I mean it's dough. I told one in the Dolphin Mall that they need to lower the temperature on the oven and I got an attitude response from her. If I worked there I'll be watching them closely while I attended to the clients.“

“The reviews must be low for the Burlington/Cinnabon location. The Lacoste/Marshalls location has always treated me with respect. There is not a single location in Dolphin Mall that has even treated me with as much respect, compassion, and kindness as this location. The girls there are under constant stress with the busy loud mall, being in a kiosk that’s right in the middle. Yet they always smile, they put their effort, and take care of everyone. I think Google should differentiate between them. The Marshalls location is GOOD. May God bless these girl’s hearts. I don’t know how they do it.“

“Their new menu Almond Crunch is really good. Melting cheese inside. Before they have it O actually ordered pretzel with parmesan cheese, chocolate eclair sticks with parmesan cheese dip, dog bites, and their other menu. And it always with lemon drink, fresh. Pretzels are great snacks and the taste here is the same as outlets in other countries. I like the plain salted and the Peperoni ones. Best value is to go for a meal that's comes with a lemonade drink also.“
