Very deceiving. I LOVED Ritas. South FL does not have many locations, so i was very excited to learn of one being so close by. After my last experience, not so much! For one.. you advertised pics on google showing a beautiful store inside and out.. not really! This location is in a market with a tiny worn-out banner (almost didn't find the place). The custard cone was not custard at all, just a plain soft serve ice cream kid sized cone overpriced. Then to top it off, i cant just pay for it, now i have to wait in another line with the market customers to pay for the baby cone im already done with. Cashier, very nasty with a face of disgust. I won't be back! Just Horrible experience overall

We called ahead and were told this store closes at 10. I checked the app, and the app said the store closes at 9. So we get there before 8:40 just to be safe. Lo and behold, the workers have closed shop. We see them see us and walk away to their cars. We ask the workers at the grocery store what time Rita’s closes and they say 9. This was August 21, 2024.

Came at 8:40, the store had closed and the employees were walking away. The hours say open until 9:00pm. It seems they don't follow the hours.

This was on 8/21/24.

I used to visit this place for the orange ice-cream with the vanilla flavor from the machine, suddenly they said they cannot mix the flavors, even when I explained to them I always get it in that way, the girl was so rude and I still don’t understand why they couldn’t give me it even though I always get it.

So Disappointed!!!

Ice creams really good,, service really bad. I will never come back.
