Had a great experience at Flamingo! We ordered the Ropa Vieja Bowl, with slow-cooked shredded beef, beans, rice, and sweet plantains. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the combination of the savory beans and rice with the sweet plantains was delicious.
We also tried the Oxtail with white rice and beans, which was rich, flavorful, and very satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, with generous portions.
