I typically do not return drinks from Starbucks, but on this occasion, I absolutely hated the drink. Apparently the Matcha used was changed from a sweetened to an unsweetened version by the company. I was having a horrible morning when I ordered the beverage and to my surprise, it was equally as terrible. Thankfully, the customer service at this location was incredible. They definitely have a teamwork family orientated mentality, awesome personalities down to earth and they’re pretty funny lol the way they carry themselves despite being the number 1 store is admirable. Always saying good morning greeting and working non stop. Giving them their credit were it’s due!
I was sick and decided to get a “Medicine Ball” it’s like a Cold Buster is made with Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea, Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, steamed lemonade, and a hint of honey. Top tier if you feeling sick.
